URGENT COMPLAINT - Unfair SBC Rewards, Game Bugs & Server Issues in EA FC 25!
I am writing to express extreme disappointment with my EA FC 25 experience. After spending 2 full days completing SBCs, I only received low-tier gold players! This is a total waste of time and effort! Meanwhile, I’ve seen other players open packs and pull 97-rated players, some even getting three top-tier cards from SBCs! Is EA showing favoritism? How can player luck vary so drastically? This feels intentionally unfair and makes me question the integrity of your system. To make matters worse, I faced critical bugs in Champions mode! I was just disconnected (DC) during a decisive match, ruining my competitive experience. How can we compete if your servers are unstable? This is unacceptable. I demand: 1️⃣ Immediate compensation for wasted time and unfair SBC outcomes (e.g., high-rated player pick or premium pack). 2️⃣ Fixed drop rates – Reward effort, not just luck. 3️⃣ Urgent server repairs – No more DCs in competitive modes. 4️⃣ Full transparency on pack/SBC mechanics. As a loyal FC series player, I’m losing faith in EA. If these issues persist, I’ll reconsider supporting future titles. I made a post which in summary questions why I always seem to be packing low rated players and their duplicates multiple times when other players get good rewards. The thread was closed and an unsatisfactory answer marked as a solution, is this how this forum thing works? I’ll ask again. Are my odds of packing a 97 rated player or any of the highest rated players of the promo exactly the same as everyone else that plays the game? And please don’t mention store bundles I’m not asking about those I’m asking about pack rewards from all the different game modes we complete, free season packs and Sbc‘s. Hi, I reached Level 40 in the EA SPORTS FC 25 Season Pass during the TOTS Season, but I didn’t choose one of the two reward options before the pass expired. Now I cannot claim the 89x7 Pack, and nothing was automatically granted to my account — not even a default option. I was playing champions for the 93 player picks and I was near the end of the game and my lights go out, I felt like the unluckiest person ever, then a few hours later or right now technically I log back in and I check the objectives and it’s gone. I go and search it up to see if the offer ended or If it’s just a glitch, then I see the disconnection rule where if I disconnect it removes the objective and I didn’t even mean to so now I’m just really bummed out that this rule even exists5Views0likes0Comments- 14Views0likes1Comment

The screenshot basically explains everything ! What can I do if EA disconnect me
I played all 15 champs games and got disconnected from 3 (by EA not my wifi - which I’m sure of) in one game, the opponent had already left, then 5 seconds later it says that EA can’t connect me to their servers - so it counted as me playing but didn’t go the the objective, and all 3 games (even though i was winning or had won) counted as losses so I got much worse rewardsbeng750611 hours agoSeasoned Newcomer11Views0likes0CommentsBuild your TOTS Evo glitch
Hi, can anyone explain how preview card shows that after applying "Build your TOTS" PlayStyle+ Evo the card gets 4th PS+, but in reality it just says Max PlayStyles reached? (see screenshots) I mean what's the point of adding Max 3 PS+ requirement if your card can't get 4th one? So if your card already has 3 ps+ and you put it into that +1 ps+ evo and simply get nothing from that evo. And again, preview card shows that 4th ps+ is possible. I was just banned from the game after having bought it just hours ago. I got an email saying i was flagged for cheating but it didn't go into any detail at all or give me a specific example of cheating on my end. I had to leave a rivals game because the game wasn't loading after 2 minutes of waiting in a black screen. I was playing with a friend who had to do the same and he wasn't banned. Is there any hope of this being resolved quickly because i was hoping to play over the weekend.
