Ultimate Team – No active evolution and SP stuck on PS5
Hello, I have been playing EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Team on PS5 since the game was first released. However, for the last two months, my Season Progress (SP) has stopped increasing, and in the Evolutions (player development) section, it says “No active evolution available.” The Objectives and Season Progress menus are completely empty. Because of this, I can’t earn XP or start any new Evolutions. Could you please check my account or inform me when this issue will be fixed? Thank you very much.
fc25 ultimate team final season
I play FC25 Ultimate Team through my EA Play membership. I finished the Ultimate Team final season missions on 29.10.2025. When I finished some missions, it was progressing in the FC season. However, when I finished all the missions, it suddenly stopped progressing and its progress stopped at level 22, 22,500/23,000 points. I finished the missions but it did not give me my points and rewards. I want this problem to be solved. I am sending the necessary photos.
FC25 hourly/daily SP cap, Missing SP
Due to the hourly SP limit (which I just found out about), I couldn’t receive the rewards for 4 of the Season 10 missions — a total of 6000 SP. Now, even if I complete all the missions, I can’t reach 30,000 SP and therefore can’t finish the season pass. As shown in the screenshots, there are 12 missions I completed, each giving 1500 SP, so it should total 18,000 SP, but only 12,000 SP is shown. Please fix this issue.Why are FC Points no longer sold in Sth Korea?
I noticed that FC Points are no longer available in South Korea From what I understand this is due to new Korean laws that require full transparency in loot box odds including the probability of pulling specific players from packs Rather than reveal these detailed odds it appears EA chose to disable microtransactions entirely in Korea This raises important questions about the actual drop rates and how transparent the system really is Can EA confirm if this is the reason for the removal And if so why not choose transparency over restricting access Other countries may soon follow Koreas lead Players around the world deserve to know what theyre paying for when it comes to loot boxes Transparency builds trust I hope EA reconsiders how it handles thisUltimate gauntlet 3 crashed
Hello, I would like to report a problem with the Ultimate Gauntlet 3 live event. I have completed 7 out of 10 tasks and cannot complete the remaining three and after completing the match it crashes back to main menu … I am unable to complete the remaining tasks and receive the subsequent packages as rewards.No teammates found (In ultimate team: Rush)
Hello, i have been facing this issue of no teammates found in fc 25 ultimate team while playing rush. I have been facing this issue since last 4 days. Before that it was all right and i was able to find teammates and opponents and play the game. I have tried everything like internet check, reinstalling the game, changing the matchmaking setting but still cannot fix the issue. Please help.
Error when selecting reward at lvl 40 season pass
I unlocked lvl 40 in the season pass and i would've liked to get the icon pick. But when i clicked X instead of getting to choose between Firmino, the 87*10 or icon pick, i just got Firmino. Normally the screen pops up where you can you one of the 3 but i didn't get any option here. If possible i would like to get compensation. It happened at approximately 11 am, on PC through steam.
Cut Scenes not working Career Mode
So I bought the Xbox series S and that is a next gen console, but if I play career mode. The cut scenes of the bus parade, player of the season and ballon d’or don’t work. This morning I suddenly got an email from EA saying that my account has been banned from the football ultimate team transfer market because I was involved in coin distribution. I don't understand. I have never traded coins with anyone else. I buy and sell players as usual/normally in the transfer market. I have never bought players in large quantities and then resold them, that too has never happened. I have sent an email to EA Help but there has been no response. This is really disappointing. I am playing world tour silver superstars league and I disconnect from a game which wasn’t my fault yet got the lost and my game didn’t count as being played and therefore I can’t get the 18 games played to get that reward even though I have played all the games how is that fair please help my sort it as I now can’t finish the objective through no fault of my own. I’m posting this to share my experience and hopefully get some visibility on an issue that’s been completely ignored by EA support. I subscribed to EA Play Pro specifically to play EAFC 26, and I’ve spent additional real money on FUT Draft. Despite EA’s patch notes promising improved anti-cheat, I’ve faced rampant cheating in online matches especially in Draft mode. It’s beyond frustrating. I’ve submitted video proof of five separate matches showing opponents using exploits or third-party tools. These games were unplayable and resulted in unfair losses. I raised this via live chat, and the rep told me to “give it some time” and that someone would follow up. That never happened. What makes this worse is that bonus content and paid entries are consumed before you even know you’re facing a cheater. You only discover the cheating once the match starts — by then, your Draft token or coins are gone. That should absolutely matter when evaluating refund eligibility. Under the Goods and Services Act 1982, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. EAFC 26 fails to meet this standard. The product is not fit for purpose, nor does it match EA’s own description. I’ve requested a refund for my EA Play Pro subscription for this month. If EA doesn’t resolve this, I’ll be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback under consumer protection.Season Finale SP Cap is preventing season completion
Hello. I was not sure where else to put this. I am trying to get the achievement for completing the season on FC 25 before moving over to FC 26. Well there is an hourly and daily SP cap, and since you get so much so quickly in the last season, I went over and a ton of my SP did not count making it impossible to get the achievement. It is basically impossible to not hit the cap, as you get so much XP so quickly, especially with the 5000 sp bonus at the end, making it a gurantee you hit the cap limit. I tried disconnecting my EA account to my profile, but I had the issue again and now I cant unlink my EA account. Please EA, before you complete abandon FC 25, can you add like another 100k worth of SP. Just make it easy challenges that do not matter. It is the end of the game after all. Thank you.
