I wanted to get EA Play pro for the holidays to play with some family members and I was told i can also receive EAFC 26 point with it. Hey, This is my first year playing ultimate team and getting into that feature of the game. (Usually I just play the pro clubs) but I thought I’d give it a go this year. I built my team and was enjoying it. I went on a holiday and came back to my ultimate team making me restart like I haven’t built a squad and played the game yet. All that time playing and doing SBCs and the little bit of money I’ve put into the game just all gone. Anyone else have this issue or know what happened? Because I am clueless and a bit pissed that I’ve just lost everything. Reached “max daily points” as i completed the last Seasonal objectives
So, I got the 150 goals objective, but as i completed it and i went to check the FC Hub, it said i had reached my daily limit for SPs, in the moment i though **bleep** fine ok, came back the next day, still not able to claim the 1 of 2 90+ player pick or the 6x 90+ player pack. I realised it hadnt been exactly 24hrs so ive waited till today and its now been roughly 48 hours. Ive got the packs from completing the objectives, and the objectives are complete its just the season is not progressing so cant claim the last 2 rewards. Just wondering if this is a glitch or if it can be fixed? I am writing this message out of serious concern, as both I and many other players in the community are facing major issues with EA Sports FC 25. Despite daily commitment and consistent gameplay, there are significant system errors affecting the player experience and progress for users like myself. Issue 1: Inaccurate Playtime Tracking Since launch, I have been playing multiple matches daily across various game modes. Unfortunately, this is not being accurately reflected in my account. The number of matches played and my overall progress do not align with my actual in-game activity. This discrepancy prevents me from making fair progress, and my efforts are not being recognized as they should be. Issue 2: No Access to the Transfer Market Despite following the official guidelines outlined on your support page (EA Help - Transfer Market Access) and playing several matches daily, I still do not have access to the Transfer Market on the Web and Companion apps. This issue is widespread, as clearly evidenced by multiple discussions within the community. Players who, like myself, have been playing consistently since launch are being blocked without clear reason or resolution. The lack of communication from EA regarding these issues is frustrating and disappointing for a large number of players. We feel abandoned due to the absence of transparency on whether and how EA is addressing these problems. If there is currently no solution available, I can understand that; however, I expect at the very least that EA acknowledges there are issues with playtime tracking and Transfer Market access. Not doing so severely undermines the trust players have in your service. I strongly urge you to respond and take immediate action. Hello, I have been playing EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Team on PS5 since the game was first released. However, for the last two months, my Season Progress (SP) has stopped increasing, and in the Evolutions (player development) section, it says “No active evolution available.” The Objectives and Season Progress menus are completely empty. Because of this, I can’t earn XP or start any new Evolutions. Could you please check my account or inform me when this issue will be fixed? Due to the hourly SP limit (which I just found out about), I couldn’t receive the rewards for 4 of the Season 10 missions — a total of 6000 SP. Now, even if I complete all the missions, I can’t reach 30,000 SP and therefore can’t finish the season pass. As shown in the screenshots, there are 12 missions I completed, each giving 1500 SP, so it should total 18,000 SP, but only 12,000 SP is shown. EDIT: I don’t think they ever fixed it. If you use Steam, just use SAM to unlock it. If you play on other platforms, good luck — there’s nothing you can do about this company. Personally, I won’t buy any FC game anymore, probably not any other E* titles either. This is just disrespectful. I have some questions for anyone who can answer me. I recently got banned from using the transfer market on FC25. I messaged the support team and even had live chats with two EA employees. The first EA Employee told me that the ban was not permanent and that all I had to do was just appeal the ban and I would get access to the transfer market again. The second said to me that they cant give me specific information on the problem but that the ban is not permanent. Next I decided to message ea support and appeal my ban. The appeal was declined. I then decided to give it another go giving more information on the problem. again declined. I believe I have been banned as i bought coins from third party websites. Now im writing here to hopefully get some help. I am still as of today not allowed to use the transfermarket. Here is what im trying to find out: Will I be allowed access to the transfer market again during this current fifa? If so, how/when will i be unbanned and be allowed access to the transfer market again? How come EA doesn't strike down on all of the extremely popular YouTubers who promote the purchasing of coins. If it weren't for them I would not know about the ability to buy coins from third party websites meaning I wouldn't be banned. I was not aware that this was against the rules but now understand that its not ok. I'm right now just really demotivated to continue playing the game if I cant even buy cheap players that I will need for SBC's or sell players that I pack. I play FC25 Ultimate Team through my EA Play membership. I finished the Ultimate Team final season missions on 29.10.2025. When I finished some missions, it was progressing in the FC season. However, when I finished all the missions, it suddenly stopped progressing and its progress stopped at level 22, 22,500/23,000 points.
