Missing fantasy fc cup shooting boost evo
I completed the Fantasy FC Cup with 10 wins and was supposed to receive the Fantasy FC Cup Shooting Boost Evo, but it hasn’t appeared in my Evo tab. Because of this, I can’t evolve one of my players. I’m on PS5, and my username is [abdallah_abbas14]. Hoping this gets fixed soon!
God Forbid We Actually Try To Enjoy Friendlies
God forbid we actually try to enjoy friendlies. Every time my opponent scores a goal they just pause and expect me to quit. And then when I don't they usually end up quitting either right away or when I undoubtedly tie it up a minute later. No rules, swaps, mystery ball etc. are all meant to be FUN. It is a GAME after all. People tend to forget that. I can just see these little boys and grown up boys crying when I decide to not play golden goal. I owe you nothing lol. It's my choice to quit if I want. But you CHOSE to play this "friendly" GAME. Many people have said it before... This community is so dumb. And toxic. The game is bad enough on its own in terms of gameplay. Why can't we just try to enjoy this non competitive game mode? It's not that much to ask.
Banned for no reason
I was banned yesterday on the basis of "coin distribution", I just bought the game on 2/28. I spent over $200 on Fifa points. The game wasn't even working correctly from the start. The players were showing up as "Not Found" and the tradable ones were not able to be sold. I woke up on 3/1 downloaded the companion app and was able to sell the players. I get online a few hours later and mid game I get banned. EA YOU MONITOR THE FIFA POINTS, WHERE AND WHEN THE PLAYERS ARE SOLD, HOW AM I GETTING BANNED FOR PLAYING THE GAME IN THE WAY ITS INTENDED. I received another email today saying my account has temporarily lost access to trade on the EA Sports Companion App. Yet I am still banned on the game, app, and webapp. So can I play the game or not EA? This is embarrassing for a multi billion dollar company. You need to make this right.
Level 40 reward gave me Firmino instead of allowing me to pick my reward
After hours of grinding for the level 40 icon pick, when I went to choose my level 40 reward, the game gave me Firmino automatically without giving me the option to choose between Firmino, the 87x10 and the Icon pick! Is there a way to swap my level 40 reward? I do not want this Firmino and he’ll probably never play a game for my club!
Error when selecting reward at lvl 40 season pass
I unlocked lvl 40 in the season pass and i would've liked to get the icon pick. But when i clicked X instead of getting to choose between Firmino, the 87*10 or icon pick, i just got Firmino. Normally the screen pops up where you can you one of the 3 but i didn't get any option here. If possible i would like to get compensation. It happened at approximately 11 am, on PC through steam.bug: not given requisite amount of wins in fantasy FC league
i've just been on EA live chat for 45 minutes whilst they investigated this issue, the "team" have confirmed that i did indeed win 11 based on my recent form, whilst the game has only registered ten wins in the objectives they have themselves escalated the issue higher, but the live chat employee requested i make a post on the forums (not sure if this is the appropriate place, but this was where i was directly linked to by the employee) i do have the transcript downloaded if needed, but it does contain sensitive information so i won't attach to this post. looking forwards to a swift response and action!
Ea are playing with me take a look
Hey i recently made a post about my hacked account that got locked . So after a few days of emailing with EA support my ban was overturned since they could see my account was hacked. When i got in unfortunately my coins were gone and some players.. and i had a market ban so i cant use the market, so i got in touch with the support again and today i got an email yet again saying that they’re thrilled to announce my marketban had been lifted and they were glad to announce i could use the market again so i dont miss out on content and such.. so i went in glad as f*** and my market is still locked, how do i go forward now because looks at these pictures im gonna show you on here.. one employeee says ban is lifted and im ready to go while the other says he’s gonna investigate the issue and asks me about casual information which had nothing to do with the case. Please can anyone help me out? They dont know what they’re doing i’ve told them im gonna go through lawyers because they’re lying and i have evidence on all the emails
Help Request – POTM Mbappé SBC Issue
Hello, I need EA's assistance with an issue regarding the POTM Mbappe SBC. I had already submitted all the previous squads, and when I reached the final squad, everything was correctly placed and fully loaded. However, after pressing the Submit button, the submission did not go through, and I did not receive the player. I have a screenshots proving that the last squad was already filled and ready to be submitted. I kindly ask EA to look into this and provide a solution, as I believe it should be visible on their end that everything was properly set up. It can take the last squad from my club in exchange for granting me the Mbappé card, as I was fully prepared to submit it. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you!
I have missed out on 2 cups due to FALSE TIMERS
I have been playing this game for 8 years or so, and I am not a rookie, but I am a very busy person. I cannot keep up with when stuff expires through YouTubers and stuff, so I rely on the in-game timers that should be correct. However, they were not. On what was the final game for the first round of 12 games for Fc League for the Maicon card, at 9:43 pm pst on Wednesday February 26 it said I had 3 days 8 hours and 26 minutes to finish my 12 games. I was busy that night so I said “ok I have more time, no need to do it”. I go to check the next day and they expired, and my timer, again, is broken. Now, with the Fantasy Fc Cup III, again, on the night of March 1 it said I had more than 2 days to complete it, and I was 9/12 wins in, attempting to get the ps+ evo, but I was going to finish the next game. Come to log in the next morning and see it expired. I am a very unhappy customer and am very close to never opening this game again. I would really appreciate and almost demand compensation for these unexplainable bugs in what is supposed to be the top soccer game in the world.Hacking tools and devices
Many players are cheaters nowadays, I did some research and found out that They can use sliders app (paid) to manipulate the game in fever of themselves, many settings can be changed, like speed of your players, intelligence of your players, strength of goalkeeper and many other things, I started to notice the changes when I knew about it's existence. The other way hackers are using physical devices like Cronus Zen which can be attached to the console and install some scripts to do the jobs , if the opponent makes perfect shoots always, it is activated in this device so one button press and the shot is perfect, no skill is needed, Now I know about those techniques, I am writing them here for awareness, please do not use them. EA should do something, otherwise I am canceling my subscription, it is not playable anymore.Garbage game !!!
Is this guy for real??? Anyway! The game is horrible, unplayable! Why ? Because is full of script , delays , bugs , glitches! I finish Maradona Evo , (free evolution) and trying to buy the next evolution, the one with 500000 fc coins , but of course EA SCRIPTED GAME doesn’t allow me to get it. I contacted EA support, of course they can’t solve this problem, why? Because they don’t know how , then my question to EA , is this game scripted? YES it is . Shame , big shame EA , we pay money to play your garbage, and you cannot even solve one problem , I’m not gonna say many more problems is to much for you to be solved, like game play slow down during the match , players freeze, or glitches. Shame , shame , shame . I contacted EA in the last month 100 times , and guess what, they didn’t fix anything! Guys don’t buy this garbage anymore! Garbage, garbage, garbage!
