EA Forums Online Security Newsletter - Volume 5
Welcome to all our readers - whether you're a long-time subscriber or joining us for the first time—for the latest edition of our newsletter! This month, we invite you to engage in a conversation about security, our featured topic, and much more. Each edition is an opportunity to share your security tips, experiences, or insights with us. In last month’s edition, we explored the critical topic of safe online transactions. With the summer promotions season fast approaching, now is the perfect time to refresh your knowledge or check out our tips if you haven’t already. We also introduced the latest updates to EA’s flagship anti-cheat system, EA Javelin. If you’re unfamiliar with EA Javelin, we encourage you to revisit last month’s newsletter to learn more. This month, we’re exploring the fascinating topic of passwords from a psychological perspective. Why do we choose certain passwords over others? What motivates our choices? And what strategies can help you create strong, secure passwords? You’ll find answers to these questions and more in the Security Focus section. As always, your participation in the newsletter—whether through comments, quizzes, or sharing your experiences—earns you a participation token: a unique badge on the forum. Don’t miss out! We would also like to highlight recent software blocks in EA Javelin. AntiCheatWard from EA's anti-cheat team shared that the Disc-Soft block was implemented due to cheat-like scripts circulating in the ReWASD community, which automate actions like recoil control and skill-based challenges in games. While EA Javelin Anticheat supports legitimate remapping tools like Steam Input and Microsoft's Keyboard Manager, Disc-Soft's attempts to bypass anti-cheat checks and its tolerance of these scripts led to blocking their virtual hardware and drivers. We encourage you to uninstall the software and provide feedback to the vendor, with hopes that changes in their practices could allow for more targeted blocks in the future. You'll find the link to the full article in the InfoHub Section. Stay safe! The Psychology of Password Creation In today's digital age, passwords are crucial for safeguarding our personal and professional information. Yet many people struggle with creating and remembering secure passwords. This challenge is deeply rooted in human psychology and impacts how we choose and manage our passwords. Cognitive Load and Memory It is human nature to simplify complex tasks, which leads to choosing passwords that are easy to remember. As a result, simple choices can be made, such as using sequential numbers, common words, or birthdays. These elements reduce cognitive load, but at the same time, they compromise security. Familiarity Bias People tend to choose passwords that are familiar or meaningful to them. It can be the names of loved ones, favourite sports teams, or phrases that are familiar to you. While these choices make passwords easier to remember, they also make them easier to guess. Risk Perception Many users underestimate the risk of cyber threats, believing that they are unlikely targets. This perception leads to less rigorous password practices, such as using the same password across multiple accounts or opting for simple, easily cracked passwords. The Role of Emotion Emotional attachment can play a significant role in password creation. People often choose passwords that evoke positive feelings or memories, which makes them easier to recall. However, emotional passwords can be predictable for anyone familiar with the user. Social Influence Social factors, such as advice from friends or media, can impact password choices. Recommendations to use complex passwords might be acknowledged but not always implemented due to the inconvenience of remembering them. Strategies for Improvement Use Passphrases Combining unrelated words into a passphrase increases complexity while remaining memorable. Leverage Mnemonics Creating a mnemonic device can help recall complex passwords. Employ Password Managers These tools reduce the burden of remembering multiple passwords while ensuring they are strong and unique. Periodic Password Updates Changing passwords can mitigate risks associated with compromised credentials. But don't make it a burden, as accourding to NIST research over complicating the password changing process might have opposite effect. Sul sul folks! Happy Friday! And it’s not a regular Friday, it’s Friday the 13th… do you consider it a lucky day, a bad day, or are you not superstitious (not even a little stitious at all…)? Anyway, let’s see what those Friday Highlights bring us today! First, let’s recap what you may have missed this week… On Tuesday, we started teasing the new expansion pack coming out… 👀 And on Thursday, we revealed the full thing! Yay fairies!!! 🧚Make sure you catch up on the trailer for The Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature. Are you excited about the new pack? I can’t wait to see all your new stories and builds when it’s out! Quiet on set! Posted here by coloncocon And now, let’s tune into the highlights! 🗺️ Summer is approaching, so is tourist season, and we have this very fitting thread to start off our highlights: Simmerville has made a travel agency called “Way 2 Go” and wants to know what are your recommended tourist sightseeing destinations. Of course, Sulani and Selvadorada come to mind, but you might think of other spots! 📸 Some of you have already started listed interesting places so make sure to check out the thread and reply with your own suggestions! At the top of my mind, I would suggest Tomarang for the foodies out there - trying out the different street food stalls would be a nice experience. 😋 👨🌾 Remember the Marsden Farm Challenge started by texansky that we mentioned a couple of Highlights ago? Life still goes on for the descendant of Loni and Christian and we’re getting a nice cosy slice of life in this latest chapter. Parker and Penny have grown up, Casey had an exciting encounter with a unicorn 🦄 (and unfortunate small incident with a cow!), and Phoenix have been practicing his magic tricks on his friends (and trying to fix the dishwasher as well). I think he’s my favourite character of the saga so I wish him the best of luck in his career! ✨ 🌈 We’re in June, so that means Pride Month Celebrations are going on for another two weeks or so, and shandy_lou97 has created a Pride dedicated thread 🤩 It’s the perfect place to discuss any Pride sims, stories, builds and anything else related to it. We also get a glimpse of a beautiful Pride Month Build if you’d like some inspiration or if you’re in want of a colourful tiny house! It has a beautiful double bedroom decorated with animal prints, a spacious kitchen a living room and a bathroom with rainbow tiles. As a bonus, there is a patio with a mini pool (with rainbow tiles as well of course), and it looks perfect as a starter home or for a holiday weekend! Make sure to share with us your Pride-related games, and thank you shandy_lou97 for providing a safe space for it! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 🧚♀️ Well it’s official now, Fairies are coming to The Sims 4! It seems that sailorleontine was already enchanted by the idea and has already started thinking about potential storylines involving the new supernatural beings (already thinking ahead, I love it!). Of course, we already have suggestions of recreating famous fairy characters such as Tinkerbell and the Winx Club! I’m thinking myself of the W.I.T.C.H characters, despite their official name, they looked more like fairies in their appearance and I know I’ll be recreating them as soon as I get my hands on the pack. 🤗 Have you already planned how you’ll be playing and what you will be creating? Let us know! 🎁 Finally, we're finishing those Highlights like last week's with our traditional giveaway thread by simgirl1010 : if you'd like to win a code for The Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature, make sure you participate before July 8th! And with that, I wish you all a great weekend, and we will see you very soon! 😘 Dag dag! Cath184Views11likes9CommentsFriday Highlights - June 6th

So sit back, kick your feet up, and let’s jump in! So what happened this week? Yesterday, we got a look at the newest roadmap, Sim Your Summer, which will include the newest expansion pack Enchanted by Nature, the Nature’s Calling event, and two base game updates! You can read up on more details for this whimsical roadmap here ☀️🌻 Bailey watches a UFO disappear into the stars, posted here, by BlueSeaWaves Now let’s shift our gaze onto this week’s highlights! If this week hasn’t been exciting enough already, simgirl1010 is hosting a Sims 4 Kit giveaway of your choice! 5 lucky winners will be selected to win 1 kit of their choice for either PC or Mac. This giveaway is open until Saturday night, so if there’s a particular kit you’ve been eyeing, be sure to enter before it’s closed! Best of luck to everyone who enters, and may the odds be ever in your favor 😊 A few months ago we showcased a New Orleans inspired world collaboration, and since then a lot of incredible progress has been made! This week, Map F was fully completed, and one of the additions was the impressive Bienville Towers Luxury Apartment created by Sandraelle. This art-deco style apartment includes high-end granite countertops, opulent marble floors, and floor to ceiling windows to soak in all the gorgeous views of the surrounding City District. Your Sim could be living in the lap of luxury here, so be sure to check it out! And keep an eye on this fantastic world collaboration as every map is almost fully completed 🎉🥳 Big congratulations to all the contributing builders so far, I can’t wait to see the finished product! Up next, Storytellerwhims has created a dreamy new legacy challenge to keep you busy called What Dreams Are Made Of. For this challenge, you’ll play through 10 generations, each with a backstory focused on your Sim’s ultimate dreams and life aspirations, like pursuing a bar-hopping country lifestyle or settling down with your soulmate and building the perfect family 🤠👨🏾👩🏾👧🏾 Your Sims will be living their very best life with this challenge, so be sure to give it a try! It’s finally summer which means it’s time for a peaceful Sulani beach vacation to soak up the sun and work on that much needed tan. But all that snorkeling and sailing can really work up an appetite, so be sure to grab a bite to eat at the infamous Eatery at the Lagoon, created by BansheeHVO. This open air modern style restaurant takes fine dining to the next level with a Michelin-starred menu and stunning ocean views 🐙🍴 This eatery is the perfect spot for a romantic date night or fancy dinner party, just be sure you get your reservation booked in time! And to wrap this week up, June is an exciting month, and we’re going to celebrate with this discussion, Happy Pride Month & National Caribbean-American Heritage Month 2025 created by 12JEREMIA! Be sure to tell us how you’ll be celebrating this month, and share all your screenshots of your favorite LGBTQIA+ and Caribbean-American Sims, and tell us what they mean to you! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 And with that, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and happy Simming 💚 Till next time! -EA_Solaire188Views18likes9CommentsFriday Highlights - May 30th
Sul sul simmers! Another Friday, another Highlights, another month that passed by… wait, we are almost in June already?! Did someone press the ultra speed button in real life? 😆 Let’s catch up on what you might have missed! 📅 On Tuesday, the Sim your Summer calendar was revealed so you can see all the exciting things happening this summer! 🔧 We also got a Sims 4 patch that same day and you can read the notes here. Make sure to update your game! 🐴 Hotties, mark your calendar! The(e) Megan Thee Stallion and Quen Blackwell will be doing a livestream on The Sims 4! Let's get Hot Girl Summer started 💃 Make sure to watch it live on May 30th, at 4:15PM (PT) or you can catch up on the replay right here 😛 Winning the big prize tonight, posted here by Stacy477 And now, let's get to the Highlights! 🤭 Let's start off with a spicy discovery made by mikkimouse1978 recently, when things are getting a little TOO real in The Sims 4. Sometimes, things do not go as planned... let's hope that those sims have a better experience next time 🙈 Are there any details like this that you didn't expect, and that adds to realism? On a very different note, I found out randomly that one of my sims was left handed when she started painting. As a leftie I was totally shocked and very pleased to see that they added some left-handed sims in the game, it's something I wouldn't have even thought about! 🏡 For our Sims 3 players, texansky has added another chapter to the Marsden Farm Challenge, their own take on the Farming Challenge with a Twist originally made by PianoAshes. The challenge started with Loni and her father Fred, who was too ill to work, so Loni had to take care of themselves in their new home. Now we’re on Chapter 38 already and things have changed quite a bit: Phoenix, Christian’s alien son, is all grown up and is celebrating his birthday after going to Prom, and had a graduation celebration - his dad would be so proud! 🤩 He is pursuing a very interesting career and I’m sure he is going to do wonders. Make sure to catch up on the new chapter because a lot of exciting things are happening for the siblings! 📖 Storytellers, this is your time to shine! LadyRaevyn wants to start writing stories on the forums (great idea!) and would like to know what is the best way to incorporate pictures but isn’t sure about how much they should add, if new pictures should be uploaded regularly… What is your favorite way to incorporate images into your stories? I don’t think there are any particular rules, I have seen stories with dozens of pics, and other threads with a handful of images throughout the whole plot just to show the characters and places. But you might have other tips and tricks to share! We can’t wait to see what stories Walllyinc will be crafting! 👀 🏘️ Build of the week is brought to you by Ennamora with the beautiful Quarter Acre Homestead, a lovely little farm with big gardens. It has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a very cosy living room with a fireplace and bookshelves (obviously). I love the interior brown and light green colours that make the whole place very harmonious. Outside you will find an area for the chickens with their own pond 🐔 fruits and vegetables gardens - your sims might almost be self sufficient in there! 💒 This week, shandy_lou97 has been trying out the Sims 4 Wedding Stories pack for the first time, and things did not go as planned unfortunately! Well, it didn’t seem to start off on the right foot for bride and groom Allie and Francis, because Allie was pregnant with someone else’s baby... 🤨 An unfortunate accident happened during the ceremony, ruining Allie’s beautiful dress. And after the wedding, as she gave birth to her daughter, Francis was thrilled to be a “father” to baby Holly 😵 Should we even wish them a “happily ever after” at this point? Did you have crazy wedding stories in your game? I tried to plan a wedding ceremony once, and the guests showed up hours later, so out of spite I cancelled everything - no wedding cake for the rude guests 😤 Aaaand that concludes another week of amazing highlights. Have an great weekend and we'll see you soon! Dag dag! Cath 😙236Views12likes9CommentsFriday Highlights - May 23rd
Sul Sul everyone! It’s our favorite day of the week which means it’s time for another edition of Friday Highlights! What exciting plans have you got for this upcoming long weekend? Personally I’ll be spending it on the couch catching up on my naps 😴 But first, let’s catch up on this week’s news and updates: On Tuesday, we got a look at the top community concerns with upcoming fixes in the newest Laundry List- if you’re curious to see what’s going to be included in the next patch, be sure to check it out! Cuddles with Yogi, posted here, by littlebonnieblue Ready to check out this week’s highlights? I’m always looking for new ways to keep my Sim’s progress tracked and organized, and thanks to Sunny_C_72, we now have an extensive checklist for all life stages in this Sim Record of Achievement! This checklist includes all infant milestones and traits up through adulthood, as well as all aspirations, skills, and even a University daily schedule to make sure your Sim never misses a class. So if you’ve been looking for an easy way to document all your Sim’s achievements and collections, this is the perfect checklist for you! 📝✔️ For this week’s featured build, we have a charming Tudor style Witches Cottage, created by Harley23456. This two bed three bath cottage is the perfect home for any budding alchemist with natural and earthy decor, plenty of outdoor gardening space and quaint gardening shed. Through a hidden bookcase door you’ll find a large basement with a cauldron and ingredients for all your potion making needs. So if you’ve been looking to live out your witch in the woods fantasy, this build is just for you! Up Next, atreya33 is asking for a little help on naming their most recent Sim. The Sim in question is an alien disguised using mannequin assets, and while he looks a bit uncanny, something something. His traits are erratic, child of the islands, and food lover. I’m a sucker for punny names, and while Manny Martian is a solid choice, my personal vote would be Plastic Pluto or Doppler Dress-up. But what name would you give this Sim? Be sure to share all your best suggestions with us! And to wrap us up this week, we have some very creative Sims that have been designed after arguably the greatest film franchise of all time, Lord of the Rings, in this discussion created by kukkahilla called Visit Middle-earth. These clever Hobbitses were inspired by the ring necklace in the recent CAS kit Golden Years, and so far a good portion of the cast has been recreated. Each character has been given aspirations and traits that match their personality perfectly, from loyal Samwise to goofball and foodie Merry and Pippin, and of course, the fish loving Gollum. So which other characters would you like to see added in, and which traits would you give them? If you have any suggestions, be sure to let us know while I anxiously await a full gameplay story recreating the entire movie plot 🧙♂️💍🌋 And that’s all for another exciting week! As always, stay safe everyone, have a wonderful weekend, and happy Simming 💚 Till next time! -EA_Solaire191Views12likes9CommentsFriday Highlights - May 16th
Sul sul folks! I hope you had a great week and are looking forward to the weekend! We’re having wonderful weather here, it’s almost uncanny, but we won’t complain! Do you have exciting plans, or are you taking it easy this weekend? I’ll be trying to catch as much Vitamin D as possible and sit in the sun like a lizard 😎 A little bit of news before we start… 🔍 If you didn’t watch it live on Thursday, you can catch up on the livestream with SpringSims on Twitch, who did a deep dive into the three newest kits (Kitchen Clutter, Restoration Workshop, and Golden Years) ! Welcoming Flower Bunny, posted here by lanlynk Now let's hop ( 🐰) into the highlights! 🌹 Have you been following the Bachelor Challenge by QuinShay5 ? It’s already on episode 13! The Rose Ceremony is still happening despite the power conservation day (production should have picked another date), and with a shocking turn of events, you will not believe who didn’t receive a rose that evening 🤫 Who do you think will eventually conquer Eric’s heart? Who will be the last one standing? And most importantly, what happened in the nightclub with Morgan? 😶 Stay tuned for the next episode! 👪 We have another challenge for The Sims 3 this time with karritz's take on the Perfect Genetics Challenge - as a reminder, you have to create a sim with unique hair and eye colour and make it to the 10th generation without losing the genes. In this challenge, Donna, currently a teenager, is part of the 2nd generation of holding the genes and will be having babies to (hopefully) take part in the 3rd generation. In this episode, a few birthdays are celebrated and the household tries out different hobbies - as you can imagine with this type of challenge, there are a lot of siblings in the family! Let’s hope that Donna passes her beautiful hair and eye colour to her future offsprings so that the challenge can continue! Let’s all wish karritz’s good luck on the journey 🍀 👧 A new chapter of Tartosan Sun: Journeys by DaniRose2143 has been released this week, for those who have been following the journeys of Danielle, Liberty, Summer, Londyn, Venessa, Mimi and all the others. In this episode, Londyn gets ready for a very important interview, and Mimi starts questioning if she should talk about her family with her new friends. Finally, the two girls alongside Venessa blow off some steam at the end of the day with a memorable karaoke night. 🎤 I can’t wait to see what Londyn is going to accomplish in her new adventure, and I hope Mimi gets a break from family drama. 🥺 🏡 The build of the week is brought to you by cozysimslifeyt with Grandma’s Cozy Cottage and it looks perfect for the warm and sunny days. It was built for Grandma Rose, a retired baker, and her granddaughter Liv who spends some time there during summer breaks. It has an adorable front porch that looks like the perfect place for enjoying a cold drink and watching people passing by, a beautiful open kitchen with a vintage charm, a cosy living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms and enough clutter and personal items to add personal touches to the house. You can also find a speed build on cozysimslifeyt’s YouTube channel if you’d like to recreate the house or get some inspiration! 🎨 🦃 Finally for our cooler weather lovers, GalacticGal has a story that might be perfect for you: Cantrell: The Middle Years. Eric, a talented musician, his wife Kaleigh and their children celebrate Thanksgiving with their family. Eric navigates through regular day-to-day life, his two boys' fear of potential monsters under the bed, the preparations of the Thanksgiving meal, and his demanding job obligations. The first chapter is beautifully written and even though I'm currently more into a springy mood, I can't wait to read what happens next! And that’s another wrapped folks! Stay cool, stay hydrated, and don’t forget your sunscreen! 😎 Cya! ✌️ Cath322Views16likes13CommentsFriday Highlights - May 9th
Sul Sul my lovelies! We’ve finally made it to another Friday, and what a week it’s been! Can you believe it’s already May? Time has been flying by, and it’ll be summer before we even know it. Are you all excited for warmer weather? Since I live in the south I’ll definitely be staying inside enjoying my A/C for the next few months 🥵 So what can we conjure up for this week’s highlights? Magic in the moonlight, posted here, by Busufu With such a wide variety of kits available, it can be hard to pick exactly which one to add to your game, so shandy_lou97 wants to know- what are your must-have kits? For build and buy items, all the clutter kits are my absolute favorite, and for CAS nothing beats Goth Galore. Kits definitely depend on your personal playstyle, but which ones are your favorite? Are you more of a fan of all the great outfits included with each CAS kit, or do you prefer new items to decorate your builds with? Be sure to share with us which ones are your favorite and why! This week we are officially half way to Halloween, and what better way to embrace the spooky vibes than with this incredible renovation of the Old Ravenwood Estate, Old Ravenwood Library created by Simmingal. This sprawling gothic themed library includes a quiet poetry lounge, a dark and moody study room, a large lecture hall, and even a cozy children’s storytime and play room. So if you’re looking to curl up in front of a warm fire to practice your tarot or draft your final Will and Testament, this is the perfect spot for you! 👻🦇 For all you history buffs and romantics out there, lucryx2000 has created the perfect challenge for you - The Famous Lovers Challenge. Your goal is to play through the story of various famous couples, some straight out of history and others from classic literature and film, like the legendary Romeo and Juliet and the controversial King Charles and Queen Camilla. There are a total of 10 couples to play through, each with their own specific set of rules and goals based on their stories, and bonus! it’s designed for the base game, so no DLC is needed to complete the challenge. Be sure to give this one a try and let us know which couple was your favorite! Up next, we have The Miller Legacy, which is a classic and long-running gameplay story written by HermioneSims that originally started in 2019. This story is now on generation 10, and here’s a quick recap on the origins if you’re not caught up- this legacy began with Stuart and Sylvia Miller, a quiet and unassuming couple who unexpectedly finds themselves as the subjects of an otherworldly plot to replace the human race 🛸 The story focuses on each of the following generations as they unravel the mysteries of their true origin and strive to live a normal life. This sci-fi story is full of emotion, mystery and thrills, so be sure to tune in and see what happens next Writing and painting are probably my favorite skills to play with (and a great way to make money!) but sometimes Sims choose to write about some really strange things, so mikkimouse1978 wants to know, what are some of the weirdest books your Sims have written? A few of my personal favorites from my Sims have been a horror novel entitled Cowplant Mother-In-Law, a fantasy story called Cat Lord, Cat Counsel, and of course, the best-selling biography, Llama Man, A Secret History. But tell us about the books your Sims has authored- do you write custom titles and descriptions, or do you prefer to go off the pre-generated prompts? Does your Sim stick to one particular genre, or are they a jack of all trades? Be sure to share all your favorite written books with us! ✍🏽📚 And that will finish us up for this week! As always, stay safe everyone, have a wonderful weekend, and happy Mother’s Day for everyone celebrating this Sunday 💚 Till next time! -EA_Solaire264Views15likes10CommentsEA Forums Online Security Newsletter - Volume 3
Hello everyone, 👋 Welcome to Volume 3 of the EA Forums Online Security Newsletter!🎉 Number 3 is special in the cybersecurity field, so we can treat this edition as quite special. Why is the number 3 special, you ask? There are many different approaches in cybersecurity that address fundamental aspects. Make your own research and let us know your findings!🧐 Speaking of fundamentals, last month we covered the basics of online safety. It’s a reminder not to overlook the most crucial aspects of your online life! If you missed Volume 2 or need a refresher, the link is here. This month we’ll cover the interesting topics of biometrics, passkeys, and the passwordless approach to online safety. As always, by interacting with the newsletter through participating in the quiz or sharing your experiences in the comments, you’ll receive a unique forum badge! Stay safe! What is biometrics? Biometric authentication uses your biological traits—fingerprint, face, or voice—to verify your identity. OK, and passkeys? Passkeys are cryptographic keys stored on your device, removing the need for traditional passwords entirely. Why should I care? Both biometrics and passkeys provide a seamless and secure way to log in, eliminating weak passwords susceptible to cracking, phishing risks, and brute force attacks. What are other benefits of biometrics and passkeys? First, there is no need to type your password anymore, nor use additional TFA. Another significant benefit is hardened phishing resistance. Even if someone gets hold of your password, they can't steal your fingerprint. Additionally, biometric data can't be guessed or cracked through brute force attacks. Alright, but what if someone gets my device? Biometric data is encrypted and stored securely on your device, not in a central database. Even if a hacker accesses your device, they won’t be able to extract your biometric information. Does my device keep a record of my fingerprint? Your device keeps a biometric value of your fingerprint, face, or voice, which is then encrypted. Your device does not store your actual fingerprint or photo of your face (apart from your photo reel). Sul sul simmers! I hope you had a great week and that the weather has brought you some sunshine! If not, then I hope those highlights will 😎 A lot happened this week, see what you may have missed! 📑 A new patch was released on Tuesday for The Sims 4, you can check out the patch notes here! 🎁 Restoration Workshop, Kitchen Clutter and Golden Years kits were released yesterday! Have you tried them yet? If you have, do not miss the traditional Screenshot Thread by the one and only EA_Cade and share your favourite pictures with us! 💬 Ever wondered how each item is being created? The official The Sims Discord is hosting a Q&A hosted by SpringSims who will be doing a deep dive with some of the developers who worked on the Kits, and this is the perfect opportunity to submit any questions that you may have! Go over the official The Sims Discord and head over to the announcements channel (under Annoucements & Info) for more information! Oh to be sitting with your partner on a sunny day in front of waterfall and telling each other secrets... posted here by coloncocon That was a lot of information, now let’s get into the highlights! This week, let’s kick it off with the Patriarchal in faces, Matriarchal in nature story from potatmom about Rian, Nero and Saxan. Those characters from the same family have one thing in common: they’re all very similar to their moms in terms of personalities. Rian is shy and laid back and willing to blend in, Nero likes inventing new things and invests his time into his work, and Saxan shares his mom’s goofy traits in a different way. They all have different backgrounds and families and seem to be enjoying life at their own pace. I encourage you to take a look at the beautiful screenshots, there are a lot of wholesome family moments and giddy pictures! Phatdonutbear is doing a very cool little concept: playing the role of the sim Jilly Carson, an aspiring country singer currently residing (without a home) in StrangerVille! The story is interactive, you can ask your questions to Jilly through Phatdonutbear and she will answer them and give you a little bit more details about her life. What a fun idea 😀 We hope that Jilly makes it big and gets the recognition she deserves, and that she finally gets to move out of her cave! For the build of the week, RheaFallout is showing off their console building skills with a beautiful mermaid house on stilts! 🧜♀️ I always struggle to build something that is not the exact same square house on PC, so I’m always impressed by what console players can achieve, and by the amount of effort they put into their constructions. The mermaid home is constituted of the main house block, it is connected to a gazebo bar with an area to cook the best summer barbecues, and to another outdoor cabin for your sim’s favourite hobbies. Everything is beautifully decorated and fit in with Sulani’s ambiance, so make sure to give it some love! 🌴 Have you been following the recent developments in the Sunset Valley Stories: The Gaddis Legacy, written by h7ynnw48suqs ? It looks like Salvatore’s plan to start a big family with Tori is on! After a lovely wedding ceremony in the local park, the couple can start their exciting new adventure together - and hopefully Tori will get to plan a lot of birthday parties for her future children 👶 There are also some intriguing storylines with the rest of the characters and I’m curious to see if Nick Alto will succeed in running the city, or if someone will prevent that... Let's regularly keep an eye on the thread so we don’t miss anything! And finally as per tradition, simgirl1010 is organising a giveaway for the new Kitchen Clutter, Golden Years, and Restoration Workshop Kits! 🎉 If you’d like a chance to win one code (with 6 winners in total) of those new additions, then head over to the thread to enter the giveaway before May 6th at midnight! Out of those three new releases, which one is your favourite? I think the cluttered kitchen will add a lot of realism, but I really like that our elder sims got new items made just for them 🥺 And that's a wrap folks! Have a wonderful weekend, enjoy the new kits, and we'll see you very soon! Until next time! EA_Cath ✌️291Views14likes10Comments
