Ultimate Team Draft Wins Counted as Losses – Request for 2 Draft Tokens
Hello, I experienced the same serious issue in two consecutive Ultimate Team Draft entries. I spent a total of 30,000 Coins to enter two different Drafts. In both Drafts, I won my first match, but immediately after the match ended, the game disconnected me from Ultimate Team and sent me back to the main FC 27 menu. When I returned to Ultimate Team, both matches were incorrectly counted as losses, even though I had won them. This happened twice in a row and caused me to lose 30,000 Coins and both Draft entries because of an issue that was not caused by me. Please review my account and match history. I would like to be compensated with 2 Draft Tokens for the two affected Draft entries. I also have evidence of the issue if needed.Disconnected from offline fut draft
I was playing offline fut draft and in the second game like in the 70th min I got disconnected out of nowhere. When I logged in again into the game it shows “rewards available” as if I lost the match I got disconnected from. Its 15k coins then robbed from me or do we get another “free” entry because its extremely frustrating paying 15k and then getting disconnected from a OFFLINE draft because of the servers or somethingOffline Draft disconnect
I was playing 2 offline drafts today and got disconnected from the final round and the other in the first round. extremely frustrating because i spent 15k on the drafts just to have it lost because of disconnects. so frustrating that ea always releases these games that are unfinished with so many bugs and glitches get ur shi together ea ffs
Unused player seems in starting 11
I have a Level 124 Marcelo player. Even though I’ve removed him from all my squads, he still appears in the starting 11. No matter what I do, the player still has the starting 11 remark on his picture. Because of that i can't sell him, trade him or use him for training new players. İt seems that there's a bug which needs to fixed asap.
cheaters in drafts
I'm getting really frustrated with online drafts it feels like i cant play a single draft without running into cheaters. i paid for this game to enjoy its online modes not to avoid them because of cheating I've had matchers where my players go afk ,i lose control of them, the game freezes and then i get disconnected, when i check with support, I'm often told it wasn't cheating and that my game simply crashed. Ea needs to do more to address this issue if a player is found to be cheating they should receive stronger penalties. the current anti cheat system doesn't seem to be preventing these problems. it would also help if there were better reporting tools and more of transparency about actions taken against cheaters. if these issues continue, ill be requesting a refund because I've paid for a game that i currently cant enjoy as intended.Fc 27 ultimate team
A was playing offline draft won ma first game and it logged me out of ultimate team saying to many players are on at the moment then a got on avencaully got on and got a 3 0 against me a defeat when a won it and its telling me to collect reward witch a will not be collecting a would like to get this sorted paid alot a money for this game and put money into it tp for this to happenFC 27 Draft Matches - Repeated Cheating
Hello EA Support, I am contacting you because I have been experiencing an extremely serious cheating/hacking issue in EA FC 27 Draft. In almost every Draft match I have played recently, a hacker has interfered with the game. At random moments, they are able to completely freeze my game and disconnect me from the match. In some matches, they are also able to take control of my players and control them themselves. This has now happened repeatedly, and it is becoming extremely frustrating. I am spending both a significant amount of money and a lot of time on this game, and these incidents are directly causing me to lose Draft entries, rewards, and coins. I estimate that I have already lost at least 100,000 coins because of these issues. My EA ID is Batukoko2. I strongly ask you to investigate my recent Draft match history. You can review my last 10 Draft matches and check them for suspicious activity, disconnects, and cheating. I believe the match history should clearly show that these incidents have been happening repeatedly. We spend a lot of money and time on this game, so it is extremely disappointing to lose progress and in-game currency because other players are exploiting cheats. I would like EA to investigate these matches and compensate me for the Draft entries, coins, and rewards I have lost as a result of these incidents. Please take this issue seriously and let me know what can be done to resolve it. Thank you.
