Missing icon pack!!
I bought the ultimate edition ,not because the early access i want the icon pack , I think everyone bought it for the same reason ,and also one of the reasons is EA promises that they will hear out FC community and fix the problems they have done ,until today i and some others haven’t received the icon pack and they have complained about it and no one seems to have a solution or response , and that is a bad way to keep a promise , Do Not Make A Promise You Can’t Keep It.
Atraso no modo Ultimate Team
Sou Carlos... Tenho uma conta desde 2012 e sou fã do jogo mas o que está acontecendo é um desrespeito. Comprei a versão ULTIMATE do jogo FC26, que não é barato, para poder iniciar antes mas desde do dia 18/09/25 não consigo jogar no meu PC devido ao atraso de resposta enorme. Já tentei tudo que se imagina e gostaria de saber se tenho que solicitar o reembolso ou tem uma data para resolver. Muito frustrante ter perdido meu tempo tentando resolver achando que o problema era meu mas vi que tem muita gente no PC com esse problema. Pergunto: O que adiantou comprar o jogo antes? Hi, I've been a long time players of Fifa/FC. I recently only skipped FC 25 because I was sick of the terrible gameplay - this year it looked like you guys finally got your act together and I was keen to come back, and ordered the ultimate edition. Now, I pre ordered the ultimate edition through steam, I did this so I can get the advantage of being ahead of others, making some investments through the transfer market, etc. What I didn't expect is to have the transfer market locked....I was extremely annoyed to say the least. It took me a day to get through all of objectives to unlock the transfer market, only to be met with another 48 hour restriction upon unlocking it!? This is ridiculous. So not only am I unable to spend my coins on players to improve my team, I can't even make crucial early game investments which is why most people by the ultimate edition to begin with. So im technically 3 days behind other people that pre ordered the exact same thing as me, all because I didn't play FC 25!? This "Fine Print" is nowhere to be seen on the pre order details on steam, nothing that says "If you didnt play FC 25 you will be restricted on the transfer market through objectives and a 48 hour restriction". This is utterly ridiculous. You realise you would have a ton of returning players that skipped FC 25, decided to come back, and are hit with this!? You are going to lose players again. I even contacted support, his screen name was "JV" nice guy, but he couldnt do anything and even sympathized to this issue. So, there's no fine print about this in the pre order information, im behind 3 days now compared to everyone else, my account is not a new one, im not a bot. I genuinely deserve compensation for this, in the form of a refund or compensation of some sort on ultimate team for how much this has put me behind everyone else. Please response EA.
Disconnect during Division Rivals
Everytime i start an online game in Ultimate Team, after a little time i got disconnected from the game. Is super annoying. I can play other modes such as Squad Battles and rush. I had this problem only in Rivals and Draft. I also purchased a 300 FP draft for the game to kick me out. I tried everything! I also add here a video of this! ANY FIXES?AI MODE 30+ GOALS DISCONNECT PROBLEMS
I entered two Draft modes using 1 Draft Token and 300 FIFA Points. In both, I was disconnected from Ultimate Team and kicked out of the game after scoring more than 30 goals in the first match. This happened on the very first day of the game. From what I read on the forum and in streams, the reason seems to be that I scored 30+ goals. However, I could not find any statement anywhere indicating that doing so would cause disconnection or that it was prohibited. I would like to request a refund for these products. I am playing the game on PlayStation.
