Jordanian players in EA FC
Dear EA Sports FC Team, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the apparent lack of representation of Jordanian players in EA FC, particularly Jordanian international Mousa Al-Tamari. Despite his impressive performances in the French league and his growing reputation as one of the top Arab footballers, he has received very limited attention in Ultimate Team content, with few or no special cards that reflect his achievements. Furthermore, with Jordan participating on the world stage and continuing to make football history, it is surprising that neither Al-Tamari nor other Jordanian national team players have received meaningful recognition in the game. Football is a global sport, and EA FC should celebrate outstanding players from all nations, not only those from the most heavily marketed leagues and countries. Jordanian fans deserve to see their stars represented fairly and rewarded according to their real-life performances. I hope EA Sports will give greater consideration to Jordanian players in future promotions, special cards, and content updates. Thank you for your time and consideration. My account was banned for trading in-game currency, but I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't trade privately. I acquired a tradable Mbappé, sold it, and got banned. Why is the studio so inefficient? I've waited 21 days and still no result. Who knows if my case is stuck? I've spent at least $20,000 on this game. Why are they doing this to me? Even if they don't unban me, why don't they give me a result? Why keep waiting like this without any timeline? Even if they unban me in a year, who cares? This will only reduce the number of players. Those who genuinely trade in-game currency and cheaters haven't been punished, while I, who have been consistently spending money on in-game currency, am banned. It's ridiculous. I have been unable to access my FUT Transfer Market since some days now. Last I did was sold TOTS Haaland and Alexia however since then it’s not working. I checked my emails and found out that I have been blocked which I don’t know why. I tried talking to EA but only what I’m getting is automated responses which are so disheartening and makes me feel there is no one to actually listen to the issues I’m facing. In the email it’s mentioned that I was a part of coin distribution but I genuinely wasn’t. It’s very normal for players to place players on high prices and that’s what I was doing, re-listing until someone buys it, like I have done with sooooo many cards in the past. EAFC development team PLEASE give us some type of mode where we can play in a full season with our friends. we just need to be able to pick a team and do transfers. EA has online franchise modes in just about every other game besides this one. An online franchise mode could bring so much to this game that it’s missing. It would be awesome to get into a league season with friends trying to get the best transfers and playing against each other with the teams we created. Hi EA Support Team, I am writing to report a persistent, critical issue with EA FC Ultimate Team that I have been facing for the past 6 years from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Please note that I have repeatedly contacted official support regarding this issue, but I rarely receive any helpful response or solution. My connection metrics are mathematically perfect: Ping: Stable at 24-25ms (to Bahrain servers). Jitter: Less than 1.5ms. Packet Loss: 0.00% - 0.01%. EA Connection Quality Score: 96/100 (Excellent). Mode Comparison: Non-FUT modes like "Seasons" run perfectly smooth. Despite this flawless local network, my experience inside FUT (Champions/Rivals) is constantly plagued by severe, heavy, mud-like gameplay delay (Input Lag). It is clear that the issue is on the server-side processing/routing or severe server overload during peak times. As a loyal player for 6 years, playing under these conditions and being ignored by support is highly frustrating. Please escalate this to your senior network/server engineers to look into the routing configuration and server load management for the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. Hello everyone, I’m having an issue with the FC Hub in EA Sports FC and I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. The FC Hub points are not working for me at all. When I complete objectives, the points do not appear anywhere, and I’m not receiving any rewards either. The FC Hub section also doesn’t open properly for me. I’ve attached screenshots below. Hello EA Team, I would like to formally report an ongoing issue that has been affecting my account for the past few days approximately 2–3 days. I am currently unable to create or rename squads, and I am also unable to change my club name. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive the following error messages: “Failed to create a squad”“ ''Failed to rename squad” When changing my club name: “Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement. Please enter a different text and try again.” This happens regardless of what text I enter. Even neutral names such as Squad123, Test123, or Squad777 do not work. The issue is persistent and does not depend on the wording used. I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps: Cleared cache, cleared FC24 folder from my documents, clearing my squad in game redownload Uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, and many other thing's i tyred... Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue, which strongly suggests this is an account-related problem rather than a local or client-side error. This issue has significantly affected my ability to enjoy the game I paid for and has caused unnecessary frustration and loss of time while trying to fix something that appears to be beyond my control. I kindly ask that someone from EA reviews my account and resolves this issue as soon as possible. I am looking for an official response and a proper fix so I can fully enjoy the game. This is genuinely very concerning! After the latest update, my players have completely lost the ability to tackle. They now feel permanently inactive defensively, almost as if tackling mechanics have been heavily delayed, disabled, or broken altogether. What exactly did you do, EA? The gameplay was already in a bad state before the update, but somehow you have managed to make it significantly worse. Players are no longer defending for me, all defending is gone! Pressing feels ineffective, tackles turn into jockey animations (as it was before but know 100% of the time), and basic defensive actions feel completely unreliable. It honestly feels like I am fighting against the game engine itself rather than playing football. My opponents however enjoy going through my attackers at any given moment from any angle! At this point, where is the bottom, EA? Somehow you always find a new low! What are you actually doing to the gameplay? Nothing from your pitch notes actually works!
