Im fed up with every fut champs getting robbed of around 3 games each time. Facing the same cheater multiple times now and they are still able to play. EA you expect us to be polite to your staff. How about you respect your consumers.War 🥺
Hello EA Support, My name is Aviad and I am a player from Israel. I’m contacting you regarding a few issues that are affecting my experience in EA Sports FC. Due to the current security situation and war in Israel, we often receive emergency alerts that require us to immediately leave our homes and go to a protected area. Because of this, there are many times when I am forced to leave matches in the middle of the game. Unfortunately, this results in automatic losses, disconnections, and it harms my progress in competitive modes like Champions and Rivals. This situation is completely outside of our control, and many players in Israel are experiencing the same issue. I kindly ask if EA could consider the situation of players in Israel during this difficult time, and possibly provide more flexibility regarding disconnections or penalties that occur due to emergency situations. Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Hello EA Team, I would like to formally report an ongoing issue that has been affecting my account for the past few days approximately 2–3 days. I am currently unable to create or rename squads, and I am also unable to change my club name. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive the following error messages: “Failed to create a squad”“ ''Failed to rename squad” When changing my club name: “Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement. Please enter a different text and try again.” This happens regardless of what text I enter. Even neutral names such as Squad123, Test123, or Squad777 do not work. The issue is persistent and does not depend on the wording used. I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps: Cleared cache, cleared FC24 folder from my documents, clearing my squad in game redownload Uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, and many other thing's i tyred... Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue, which strongly suggests this is an account-related problem rather than a local or client-side error. This issue has significantly affected my ability to enjoy the game I paid for and has caused unnecessary frustration and loss of time while trying to fix something that appears to be beyond my control. Hi everyone, I purchased the Ultimate Edition, however my account and in-game menus continue to show the Standard Edition. Since the purchase, I have contacted EA Support multiple times regarding this issue. During each contact, I completed all troubleshooting steps requested by EA, including reinstalling the game and following entitlement verification steps. After the first advisor was unable to resolve the issue, I explicitly requested escalation to a senior advisor during every subsequent contact. Despite this, my case was never escalated, and I continued to be handled by frontline advisors who were unable to apply a fix. As instructed by EA advisors, I contacted PlayStation Support (PSN) and provided my order details. PlayStation Support confirmed in writing that: The Ultimate Edition purchase is valid and visible on my PlayStation account The correct edition was purchased The issue is not on PSN’s side and must be resolved by EA, as it relates to game entitlements I returned to EA Support with this information and provided full proof of purchase, including: Purchase receipt Transaction ID PSN’s written response confirming the purchase and advising the issue is EA-side Despite following all instructions, providing documentation, and repeatedly requesting escalation, the case was closed as “No fix available” without any entitlement review, and my account still shows the Standard edition. EA SPORTS FC 26 crashes a couple of seconds after the splash screen disappears, even after trying DX11, windowed mode, dedicated GPU, disabling fullscreen optimizations, clearing DXCache, deleting local configs, and reinstalling the game.
