Support Process Question: EA Help vs EA Forums
Dear EA Sports, I was advised by the EA Sports Support team (EA Help) to raise my concerns and issues with the game on the EA Forums, and I was assured that developers and relevant teams are active here. However, despite creating multiple posts outlining my concerns, none of them have been acknowledged by EA staff. I have worked in a corporate environment for over 25 years, and I must say that this level of communication falls well below the standard one would normally expect from a customer support structure. What I find particularly confusing is the process itself. EA Help, which is meant to support customers, redirects players to these forums to raise issues. Yet once customers follow that direction, it appears that no meaningful engagement takes place. From a customer perspective, this creates a situation where players are effectively moved from one support channel to another without their concerns actually being addressed. The only time I received a response was when a post included a three-letter word that apparently violated forum rules. That post received attention immediately, yet the actual concern raised in the post was not addressed in the response. This sends a rather unfortunate message that moderation is active, but meaningful engagement with the issues themselves is not. As a long-standing customer, this is disappointing. I have been playing EA football titles since the very first FIFA, well before the PlayStation era, and I have remained a loyal player for decades. Because of that, I find it difficult to understand why concerns raised by players here receive so little acknowledgement. I fully understand that companies must be careful when responding publicly. However, complete silence is also a response, and it is not a particularly reassuring one. If EA Help directs players to the forums, then the forums should function as a place where issues are at least acknowledged or discussed. Otherwise, the process risks appearing circular — players are redirected to the forums for help, but once they arrive, no help is provided. I would respectfully ask that this process be reconsidered, and that concerns raised here receive at least some level of acknowledgement from the relevant teams. I have earned badges and profile levels on this forum over time, but those are secondary. What matters far more is meaningful communication with the player community. Could EA staff please clarify whether posts raising gameplay concerns are reviewed and whether players can expect responses here? For clarity, could a member of the EA community team or moderation team please confirm whether gameplay concerns raised on this forum are reviewed by the development team, and whether players should realistically expect feedback or acknowledgement when such concerns are raised here? Understanding how this process works would be very helpful for players who have been directed here by EA Help. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Will Xbox Series X|S Be Included in the EA SPORTS FC 27 Pro Scene?
Hi everyone I wanted to start a discussion around something that is very important for players who are serious about pursuing a competitive path in EA SPORTS FC. I am an aspiring competitive player, and I currently play on Xbox Series X|S. One of the biggest questions on my mind going into EA SPORTS FC 27 is whether Xbox consoles will be fully integrated into the official pro scene moving forward. When I say this, I mean the entire competitive pathway, including ladder qualifiers, regional qualifiers or playoffs, and ultimately the World Championship route. For players who are investing real time into improving, competing, and planning for a possible pro career, platform eligibility matters a lot. It affects where we choose to play, how seriously we commit to a specific setup, and whether we can realistically aim for the highest level of competition on our preferred console. From a player perspective, this is not a small issue. Many talented competitors play on Xbox, and it would be great to know whether EA plans to expand the official FC Pro ecosystem to include Xbox Series X|S across the full structure in EA SPORTS FC 27. I also think this would be valuable for the wider community because greater platform inclusion could help grow the competitive scene, open more opportunities for players, and make the pathway to pro feel more accessible. So I would like to ask both the community and, hopefully, EA representatives: Do you think Xbox Series X|S should be included in the official EA SPORTS FC 27 pro pathway from qualifiers all the way to the World Championship? And if anyone from EA is able to comment, can we get any clarity on whether this is being considered for FC 27? I would really like to hear the thoughts of other competitive players, especially those who are also on Xbox and are trying to take the game seriously. Thank you.

EA has changed my server to Southern Europe, even though the Middle East is far better for me. I want a way to change it. I've tried everything, but the only way I found was through apps that boost ping, which aren't free. I need a solution because I don't want to pay for game errors.FC26 Transfer Market

I don’t no what is the slow Power curve mean by EA sports for has who plays the game slow power curve means Players should maintain their price in Market as before release of FC26 EA sports told that we will slow power curve in FC26 its totally wrong the did not do it are the failed to do it as Transfer Market in ultimate is on those parts of the game which make the game enjoyable but unfortunately EA as been flop to control the Market all is because of the store packs tell EA don’t make store packs like FIFA 19 and 20 where there will be only Ultimate packs, jumbo rare players packs and rare players packs and there will be no guaranteed 5 * 85 are 86 and should remove guaranteed promo players from store also at every promo from first day of promo there already a guaranteed SBC where you can packs players from the promo which make the excitement for new promo and new players less I remember back in the days there was only one party packs in every single week to 10 are 20. Icons and heroes are becoming useless because of to many ICONS packs and picks SBS over all the Game is getting boring year by year specially for those who play RTG like me EA should make the game balance for both players who Play RTG and for those who spend money. Since 2010 im using r1 to sprint at this game . Now this years analog spring on is very important . But the problem the players who sprinting with r1 cannot using the analog sprint . Its a game changer this years and make the drible feel smother and faster (with rapid is meta ) . But now its very diffcult to get to use R2 buttom instead R1 to play with the option analog spring on . What do ur guys suggets to the players who running with r1 and want to use the analog sprint ?
Glitch or bug in the guntlet 15 event!
So basically im playing the guntlet and in the last match of the round when i finish the match it doesn't count even if i lose or win always kicking me out of the ultimate team saying that ea had problem with the last match and its been like that for 20 matches didn't count. EA fix your game!!!!!
