How is fc doing now
Well I forgot that this game existed but couple days ago I’ve seen the biggest fc creators talking about how they ditching this game cause it’s unplayable, so I tried it (last time I was fully into the game before toty) I can say one thing ,it’s by far I’m not even joking this is the worst sports game I have ever played in my life, this game is soulless, broken, I can’t even call it a game. my question is how will ea gain our trust after breaking their promises, for me I won’t spend a 70 bucks on it cause they tricked us twice in a row , all they do is making the game look playable for the first 2 months grab the money and then ditch the game , this is exactly what happened in fc25 and fc26 . full me once shame on you , full me twice shame on me27Views1like1CommentMissing Rewards from EA FC 26 Premier League Final Twitch Drops
Dear EA Sports Support Team, I am writing regarding an issue with the Twitch Drops rewards for EA FC 26. I watched the EA Premier League Final and made sure to meet the required watch times, including both the 15-minute and 60-minute milestones. Additionally, I have correctly linked my Twitch account to my EA account prior to watching the event. However, despite fulfilling all the conditions, I have not received any of the corresponding rewards in-game. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and help me receive the rewards I earned. Please let me know if you need any further information or proof of participation. Thank you for your assistance.10Views0likes0CommentsPack Probability Transparency – UK/EU Consumer Law Perspective
Dear EA Sports, I would like to raise a concern regarding the visibility of pack probabilities in FUT, particularly in relation to reward packs. Under UK and EU consumer protection frameworks — including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive — there is a clear expectation that digital products provide transparent and non-misleading information to consumers, especially where outcomes are based on chance. In FUT, purchased packs display probability odds, which aligns with this principle of transparency. However, reward packs do not consistently provide the same level of information. While reward packs are not directly purchased as standalone items, they are part of a paid product ecosystem. Players purchase access to the game and engage with systems (objectives, SBCs, progression loops) that generate these packs. From a consumer perspective, these are not entirely separate from the overall product offering. This raises an important question of consistency: If probability disclosure is necessary for purchased packs, should the same standard apply to all packs within the same system? Even if not strictly required in all cases, the current approach creates an inconsistency in how information is presented to users. Additionally, UK guidance from bodies such as the Competition and Markets Authority has emphasised the importance of clear, upfront information in digital products, particularly where randomised outcomes and engagement loops are involved. To be clear, this is not about requesting guaranteed outcomes or increased pack weight. It is about ensuring that all systems involving chance operate with consistent transparency. Providing probability information across all pack types — including rewards — would: improve clarity for players align with consumer expectations strengthen trust in the system Could EA clarify the rationale behind the current approach and whether extending probability visibility to all packs is being considered? Will you listen My whole team is like slugs I keeo going in on goal and press shoot. I literally have time to wait for it to hit abd its still so slow that they get back everytime. Ive had open goals where I press shoot and it doesnt even register. Why dont you care. Ive said this so many times now and its actually getting worse, not better. Edit: Removed all caps and spamming of one word. Modified the title to better reflect the subject of the post. -CM20Views1like0CommentsHeavySluggish Gameplay Input Delay Despite 4ms PingWireGuard Setup (PS5)
Hello EA Team and community, I’m an engineer who has optimized my setup as much as possible, but the sudden collapse in gameplay is making the game almost unplayable for me right now. My setup: My ISP gives me strict NAT Type 3 by default. As an engineer, I set up a home-to-cloud WireGuard tunnel through my Asus gaming router using a new VPS located in my local EA data center. This gave me a stable NAT Type 2, 4ms ping, 100 Mbps speed, zero jitter, and everything was perfect. Players felt responsive, passes connected, defending was solid, and I was winning games consistently in Division Rivals (I was comfortably in Division 5). What happened a few days ago: Even with the exact same clean WireGuard route still active (4ms ping, 100 Mbps, wired LAN on PS5), everything collapsed. The gameplay suddenly became extremely heavy and sluggish: My Evo’d centre-backs (VVD, Konaté, etc.) can no longer mark properly, average opponents are running past them easily. My Evo’d pacy strikers feel slow and heavy; they can’t run, turn, or complete simple passes (3 out of 5 passes fail or go in the wrong direction). Inputs feel delayed (0.5–1 second), dribbling is unresponsive, and my players are constantly overwhelmed. I’m now getting destroyed in matches I should win scores like 9-2, 13-4, 15-2 have become normal. I went from Division 5 down to Division 7 and I’m at serious risk of further relegation. Last FUT Champions weekend: Out of 15 games I lost 14 and won only 1. This is not my normal level, I’m not an elite player, but I was competitive before this started. I have already tried every standard fix (DNS changes, MTU 1473, router QoS/UPnP, full restarts, clearing cache, rebuilding database, off-peak queuing, etc.) and nothing has helped. The issue is clearly server-side or netcode-related because offline modes (Squad Battles) feel normal, while online FUT Rivals/Champs is pure mud. EA servers currently show as Online, yet this heavy/input-delay wave is affecting many players (I’ve seen dozens of similar threads in the last few weeks). Can the dev team please investigate this desync/heavy gameplay issue, especially for players with low single-digit ping on local data centers? Any acknowledgment or fix timeline would be greatly appreciated — this has completely ruined my enjoyment of the game. Thanks in advance!662Views5likes21CommentsSomething has got to happen
Well having had a few days break from this mess ( I wish I could call it a game) I thought I’d have an hour on it due to the great British weather and another promo is that 3 now in 2 weeks so I was flicking through my squad and no matter what the promo is or SBC’s I will still be using the same squad, everytime you get a new player you think he’s missing this missing that but in birthday you could create your perfect player so how can you better it, now the gameplay I’ve just played 4 games and there squad was no higher than 84 his gold barcola card run rings round me and scored with every type of shot possible yet my 90 bday barcola card with all the perfect playstyles couldn’t run, pass or score so in simple terms if I said I’m going to have a bet that Usain Bolt with 70 pace could run quicker than Usain Bolt with 90 pace it’s safe to say that 99% of the world would laugh and think I was mad due to it being impossible it’s not possible just the same as half a tonne can never be heavier than a tonne yet this mess ( game ) and the people at EA make up that 1%, also in squad battles if your offside a line comes right across the mess and shows you how far you was offside but in champs, rivals and live events the 3 main things that people play it’s none existent why? surely by adding that simple line may take away some of that anger and frustration we let build up cos the linesman waves their silly little flag but no offside and play carries on, our whole back line just stop and wave their hands about but no offside and play carries on but you do a through ball and run from the half way line you get to the 18 yard box and there’s no flag being waved there’s no players stood about waving their arms your just about to shoot and it’s offside hahaha, every little thing about this mess is the opposite way round44Views2likes1CommentAnnouncers
The commentators have many shortcomings. They rarely use player names. For example, during an attack, they sometimes mention the player who made the assist, but instead of mentioning the name of the player who scored, they just say "player." You could increase variety by using AI. Also, you could add more excitement to the game by adding options like home and away commentators. In other words, you could create biased commentators. When my team is playing at home, the commentator should be able to commentate on the match from my team's side. This would bring more excitement to the game. I think this could be supported by AI.31Views0likes1CommentSupport Process Question: EA Help vs EA Forums
Dear EA Sports, I was advised by the EA Sports Support team (EA Help) to raise my concerns and issues with the game on the EA Forums, and I was assured that developers and relevant teams are active here. However, despite creating multiple posts outlining my concerns, none of them have been acknowledged by EA staff. I have worked in a corporate environment for over 25 years, and I must say that this level of communication falls well below the standard one would normally expect from a customer support structure. What I find particularly confusing is the process itself. EA Help, which is meant to support customers, redirects players to these forums to raise issues. Yet once customers follow that direction, it appears that no meaningful engagement takes place. From a customer perspective, this creates a situation where players are effectively moved from one support channel to another without their concerns actually being addressed. The only time I received a response was when a post included a three-letter word that apparently violated forum rules. That post received attention immediately, yet the actual concern raised in the post was not addressed in the response. This sends a rather unfortunate message that moderation is active, but meaningful engagement with the issues themselves is not. As a long-standing customer, this is disappointing. I have been playing EA football titles since the very first FIFA, well before the PlayStation era, and I have remained a loyal player for decades. Because of that, I find it difficult to understand why concerns raised by players here receive so little acknowledgement. I fully understand that companies must be careful when responding publicly. However, complete silence is also a response, and it is not a particularly reassuring one. If EA Help directs players to the forums, then the forums should function as a place where issues are at least acknowledged or discussed. Otherwise, the process risks appearing circular — players are redirected to the forums for help, but once they arrive, no help is provided. I would respectfully ask that this process be reconsidered, and that concerns raised here receive at least some level of acknowledgement from the relevant teams. I have earned badges and profile levels on this forum over time, but those are secondary. What matters far more is meaningful communication with the player community. Could EA staff please clarify whether posts raising gameplay concerns are reviewed and whether players can expect responses here? For clarity, could a member of the EA community team or moderation team please confirm whether gameplay concerns raised on this forum are reviewed by the development team, and whether players should realistically expect feedback or acknowledgement when such concerns are raised here? Understanding how this process works would be very helpful for players who have been directed here by EA Help. Thank you for your time and consideration.694Views8likes41CommentsCamera Issues Ruining the Gameplay Experience in EA FC
Hello EA Team, I would like to report a problem with the camera in EA FC 26. The current camera behavior is extremely frustrating and negatively affects the gameplay experience: The camera does not follow the play properly. The movement feels slow, and there is no option to adjust or improve this responsiveness. During counter-attacks, the camera often stays focused on the defensive line instead of tracking the advancing play. When I make long through balls, the ball reaches my striker while the camera is still showing the midfield — sometimes the ball even leaves the frame completely. This makes it very hard to judge positioning, timing, and player movement. I'd really appreciate it if the development team could revise the camera tracking system or add new options that allow players to customize camera speed and responsiveness. This would massively improve the gameplay experience. Thank you for your attention.416Views1like6Comments
