Arbitration - Court - User Agreement
Under the User Agreement and its provisions, I would like to exercise my right to arbitration or a court hearing. Could you please advise me on the steps required to initiate arbitration, where I should submit my request, and what the expected timeframe is for receiving a response? I have been requesting arbitration in relation to my case appeal, as outlined under the User Agreement. Despite multiple email attempts, the company has consistently avoided addressing my request directly, instead responding with unrelated or irrelevant information. The level of inconsistency in their statements has been remarkable and concerning. I encourage anyone else who has experienced similar violations of their User Agreement by EA to come forward so that we may consider taking collective legal action or exploring a class-action lawsuit.Cosmetic overiding Rarity chem boost
So I put the purple season excellence cosmetic from Season 1 onto the World tour Kobbie Mainoo card, which at the time had no nation chemistry boost. Now the world tour cards all give an extra nation dot but my Mainoo does not. Is it not possible to put purely visual cosmetics on cards with extra chemistry without removing that boost? I get that I have ‘changed the card’s rarity’ but if I knew world tour cards would get this extra chemistry I wouldn’t have used it on Mainoo. Is this something that can be changed so I get the chemistry boost and keep the card visual as it looks cool af.

Hi, yesterday I started Adama Traore's new evolution on Cherki, but after finishing the first game, it gave me a strange error. Later, when I checked the evolution status, I noticed that I no longer had the evolution in progress and it had also been deleted from my available evolutions, as if I had finished it. So, in the end, the evolution on Cherki basically didn't change him and it was also deleted from my available evolutions. What should I do to get it back?Pele 86 glitch
Hello EA Support, I’m writing to report an unfair issue that happened with the Musiala EVO and Pele (World Tour) card in FC 26 Ultimate Team. There was a glitch or error that allowed some players to use the Lyres EVO path to upgrade their 77-rated World Tour Pele to an 86-rated version. However, when I tried to do the same, the game did not allow me to start or complete that EVO. This put me at an unfair disadvantage, because other players were able to benefit from this unintended upgrade, gaining a significantly higher-rated card and better squad strength. I’ve spent time and effort building my team and following the objectives, so missing out due to a glitch is really disappointing and feels unfair. I would like EA to review this issue and provide fair compensation, ideally the same 86-rated EVO Pele.
