Evolution redemption failure/can't access the store.
I have been unable to redeem an evolution item from the season pass, which is blocking me from accessing the store. I have tried redeeming it through the Companion app and deleting the game, but nothing seems to work. The issue has been ongoing for a few days, so we have missed some Toty, sbc items and packs. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unauthorized change made to my EA FC 26 EVO card. I had a perfect Estevão card that I personally evolved using FC Points I paid for. This card was upgraded exactly to my preference, specifically with the Finesse Shot+ PlayStyle. Following a recent update by your company, this PlayStyle was changed to Quick Step+ without my consent or involvement. This change directly impacts a card I invested both time and money into, and it is unacceptable that a paid evolution was altered after the fact. I did not authorize this modification, nor was I given any option to prevent it. I see two reasonable and acceptable resolutions to this issue: Revert my Estevão card to its original state, restoring Finesse Shot+, or Grant the card both PlayStyles to compensate for the forced change. I used hard-earned FC Points to achieve this evolution, and the product I paid for has now been altered against my wishes. I expect this matter to be reviewed promptly and resolved accordingly. Petition to better visualize EVO infos
Is there a way to show the OVR increase and cap of the EVO in its first page? For now, in game, EVOs page uses a demonstration card. Since the initial OVR and PS+ of this card may not fully reflect these details. For now to figure it out, we have to manually get in the evo, search for low rating players, and see is the OVR increased to 88 capped but ovr +15? or is it just a ovr +2 but the demonstrating card is already 86. I know we can see details on many fantastic third party websites, but I just think this should be more visible in game. ps: also in evo details descriptions , silver ps are presented with correct little image, but not for gold PS+
I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass
When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. I have attached some pictures about it and I would truly appreciate some help with this matter since it’s truly affecting my progress in the game.Future Stars Issue
Hi Folks, In regards to Future Stars Academy , I noticed there was a Debut Contract to sign a player, I used this on a Silver Nico O'Reilly , Completed the objectives via Squad Battles but there wasn't much associated attribute boosts, no base playstyles, no position upgrades ... Now before anyone says I should've used a Future Stars Academy Player , why was the Silver Nico O'Reilly eligible , If anyone can shed light to this, I'd appreciate itplaystyle changed
i play on the pc platform, i done a winter wildcard evo on xavi simmons and got low driven+, then i put finesse+ on him from the season pass, he had low driven+ and finesse+, i logged on today to find my xavi simmons now has technial+ instead of low driven, please change this back its ruined my card i have used since launch and put alot of effort into - please sort this bug tyia
