Dear EA and Hazelight Team, I just wanted to say thank you for creating games like It Takes Two and Split Fiction. In a world where it's becoming harder to find activities that genuinely bring people together, your games have given my wife and me something special to share. There is one small problem, though. My wife doesn't speak much English, so whenever we play, I end up translating almost every conversation and subtitle for her in real time. Sometimes we have to pause, and other times I simply can't translate quickly enough and we miss parts of the story. I don't mind translating because I love spending time with her, but I often wish she could experience the games the way they were meant to be experienced—laughing at the dialogue, understanding the emotional moments, and getting immersed in the story without having to wait for me to explain everything. Arabic is one of the most spoken languages in the world, and I know there are many couples, families, and friends across the Middle East who would love to enjoy your games together in the same way. Adding Arabic subtitles, even through a future update, would make a huge difference for players like us. This isn't just a feature request—it's a request to help more people share the kind of memories your games are designed to create. Improve reconnection system in It Takes Two
Hello EA Support / Hazelight Team, There is a frustrating issue with the online co-op system. When one player experiences a brief internet dip, the entire session closes automatically for both players. To resume, we have to send and accept a new invitation every single time, which ruins the immersion. My Suggestion: Instead of kicking the player out instantly, please consider adding a "Retry / Reconnect" button. While a player is disconnecting, their character should just freeze in place until the connection is restored, allowing them to resume seamlessly without restarting the session or needing a new invite. This feature would vastly improve the experience for players with unstable connections. Thank you!TI lost my saved cloud files for It Takes Two..
I was trying to make a new save to play my sister's It Takes Two (She's playing it with her boyfriend and I wanted to play it with others with a new saved file). I didn't want to delete my sister's files so I made a copy of the one she had from %LOCALDATA%/ItTakesTwo and then saved it somewhere else. Everytime I want to play with my friends, I would create a new saved file, and whenever my sister wants to play it back with her boyfriend I just inserted the copy of her progress to the local data. However, just now, the game wouldn't load any of the saved progress (me and my sister's) so we're back on chapter 1 despite me having the saved files for the local data. I already input the copy of her's in the original place but it still wouldn't load... please someone help me with this... How can the game read the saved files that I have?it takes two download intalling the friends pass instead of the full game pc
my friend is trying to download it takes two using xbox game pass but everytime he clicks download on xbox it brings him to ea and it starts donloading the friends pass. on ea it says he has to buy it. his xbox account is linked to his ea account.

So i was playing it takes two with my friend, both on windows, but my friend was playing with his mouse and keyboard and i was playing with my Xbox one controller, and when we reached this part, it didn't work, and we thought the stopped working or something, but all i needed to do is to press "E" from the keyboard instead of the "Y" from my controller.The octopus boss fight in pirates ahoy disconnection problem
We are in the octopus boss fight in the pirates ahoy part of the game. Our positions on our screens are in 2 completely different spots. we are playing online through steam. also after the first part of the boss fight during the second part after dealing with the dynamite ducks we keep disconnecting. We are not able to do play it locally at all. what should we do?
