Impossible de jouer à It Takes Two sur Switch
Bonjour, J'ai acheté la version complète de It Takes Two sur l'eShop de Nintendo pour y jouer sur Switch. Malheureusement, l'interface me dit que j'ai une version d'évaluation. J'ai appliqué tous les tips déjà suggérés sur ce forum ppur résoudre le même problème: Désinstallation / re-téléchargement du jeu Nettoyage du cache Redémarrage de la console Transfert des fichiers depuis le cloud sur le disque dur de la console Sans succès. J'ai bien vérifié que mon compte EA et mon compte Nintendo sont liés entre eux par la même adresse e-mail. J'ai également contacté Nintendo qui m' confirmé que j'avais bien la version complète du jeu et pas une version d'essai. Que dois-je faire? Je suis désespéré... Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

After playing It Takes Two using the Friend's Pass on my Nintendo Switch, I decided I liked the game so much I wanted to have it for myself. However, after redownloading the game after purchasing it, it will still only open the Friend's Pass. I've tried restarting the console, restarting the game, deleting save data, checked for corrupted data, deleted cache data. I have no SD card so the full game is downloaded on the console itself. The console is the primary console out of the two systems that I share virtual game cards between, the other system also only has access to the Friend's Pass. Nothing has worked. Someone suggested the issue might be that my EA account is not linked to my Nintendo account, but I cannot figure out how to fix that either. On my EA account, Nintendo is not one of the services that I can link accounts with and vice versa. Neither do any of my EA games on my Switch give me the option of logging into my EA account. At this point I am all out of options (and hope and positivity), does anyone have any idea how I can access the game I paid for?It takes two lost progress because pc shut down
Hello, today when me and my gf played it takes two localy on one pc, in the middle of playing my pc somehow shut down and when we turned it on again, we launched it takes two and we had 0 progress, it wouldnt let us do anything else then create a new game. I started searching for files in my pc but all of them got lost somehow, like I never played the game, mind you we had about 12 hours played already and we were pretty far I would say. So I tried chatgpt some tutorials and nothing worked, all save files are empty i cant load the latest versions or anything. I also contacted ea and they responedn that they cant do anything because the game doesnt store saves. Is there anything we can do so our 12 hour progress doesnt get lost? Or could we somehow get access to the chapters? So we can just pick the one we ended on? Because right now the only thing I can click on is create a new game. thanks for the responsesUnable to connect to the EA servers
