Hello EA Community Managers, I am writing to request an urgent escalation regarding an issue caused directly by an error made by a support advisor. Summary of the issue: During a live chat session (Case #252859660 & #252876618), I followed the exact troubleshooting steps provided by the advisor to fix a sync issue. Unfortunately, following those instructions resulted in a total sync conflict that completely wiped my Ultimate Team squad and 120,604 coins. Current status: Frontline live support advisors are refusing to escalate this case internally, stating they cannot take action, despite the loss being a direct result of advisor error. Request: Since all details and chat transcripts are documented under Cases #252859660 & #252876618, I kindly ask a Community Manager to review these case logs and escalate this matter directly to the Specialist Team / Terms of Service Team for investigation and restoration of my account items. Hello, I’m having a serious issue in FUT 26. I play matches in Ultimate Team and sometimes win the match normally, but when the match finishes, I get an error message for no reason. After that, I’m completely kicked out of Ultimate Team, and the win is not counted. This has happened to me more than 3 times already, and I’m losing my match wins and progress because of this issue. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this problem and help me fix it.I would appreciate it if you could add an update to these details.
I hope to add a cinematic scene for the Golden Boot award. I also hope to add a cinematic scene for presenting the Man of the Match award on the pitch amidst a media atmosphere. I hope to add a cinematic scene for the Player of the Tournament after the final match inside the stadium.. I also hope to add a statistical breakdown of the player's goal-scoring record across all competitions throughout their career, not just an overall total without details—for example: actual total over the career, how many scored in the Champions League, how many scored in the league, how many scored in each competition with the club and the national team.Needed improvements for FC 27 and onwards
playing fc at 6o fps on ps5/ Xbox in 2026 is unacceptable. Performance mode should enable 12o fps. Smooth menus with a proper layout. A chemistry system built around gameplay not links from clubs, nations and leagues. For example: A player item would get 3 chemistry points if he/she played five matches, 2 chemistry points if played three matches, and 1 chemistry point if played one match. Ability to adjust positions inside the tactics board. Ability to have two different formations when in possession, and without the ball. Having playstyles as a bonus over attributes, where each Player would have max 3 PS+ and max 3 PS by the end of the season. Normal playstyles should be applied to a player where the Corresponded attribute is min 80-85. playstyles+ should be applied to a player where the corresponded attribute is min 90-95. For example: A fast player like Mbappé is eligible to have quick step+ because he has 90+ Acceleration. Competitive Gameplay: When Defending: AI-controlled players shouldn't be able to tackle or intercept the opponent at all. Instead, AI should only intercept the ball if the user passes it directly to an AI-controlled player. AI-controlled players shouldn't provide overpowered, non-stop pressure for the user at all. Team Press and Teammate Contain could provide a little bit of pressure for the user. However, it should significantly affect players' stamina. AI-controlled players with low stamina should noticeably underperform, suffer major attribute reductions, and should barely be able to sprint. When Attacking: Build-up play should be a skill to learn. AI attacking players should utilize empty spaces better. AI attacking players shouldn't frequently run into offside positions, especially players with higher Attacking Positioning. The user shouldn't keep possession of the ball for too long. So, I would suggest a foul would be given to the opponent after a countdown of 15s for example, if the user kept time wasting for too long. Here is a concept I made for fc27 menu that is more simple and more user-friendly where all core online experience in one page, and the offline modes in one page.Users creating their own celebration in the game
While playing FC 26 I scored a goal and while performing a celebration an idea came to my mind. What if users could create their own celebration in the game and using it whenever they score a goal (bellow I explain how that could be possible). • HOW TO CREATE A CELEBRATION STEP 1 : Users would be able to do that by downloading a specific one or using the EA app and logging in their account STEP 2 : Then they would select the option CREATE YOUR OWN CELEBRATION they would start creating their own STEP 3 : After that user would film their selves performing the celebrations they created and an AI program would analyse it, create the animation and put it into the game so the user can use it NOTES : Some people creating Inappropriate celebrations would of course be a very big problem but with a good AI program and a security system you can prevent that
