Lag, slow players and stuttering in different games

Dear EA Sports, how is it possible that in one match my team moves and feels as usual, then in an other match my team feels like 60 overall and the gameplay feels slow????? I dont feel like there is an issue on my end, the connection is perfectly stable with 20 ping, please fix this, it is the most annoying thing, just losing games to weaker opponents because the game moves like crap.
