For the past 3 weeks I have been getting what I'm 99% sure are the same exact items every time in the 'For You' section of the shop, like it's not even changing or refreshing at all. It's kinda frustrating since I'm waiting for a specific limited skin for quite some time and every week I check the shop it just shows the same exact skins that I have no care for at all.3Views0likes0CommentsVoice Chat
Yesterday, May 12th, 2026, I was playing a few matches with a friend of mine. The voice chat wasn't working. We tried restarting the game and checking our own consoles to see if something had changed in the settings. We did everything, and still no change. Please look into this.8Views0likes0CommentsGraphics Mode Resets to default after closing the game on PS5
After since this new update on Apex legends I have noticed that my graphics mode has always been sent to balanced and I remember putting it to performance so I tested out something out and I put it to back to performance then closed the game then reopened it and it got reset back to the default “balanced”. I really hope this does get fixed because I want to use performance not balanced.97Views2likes2CommentsLegend Locker Bug
Hello EA Support, I would like to report a bug in Apex Legends related to Crafting Metals cosmetic purchases. After purchasing a cosmetic item (for a Legend or a weapon) using Crafting Metals and equipping it from the Locker menu, the ESC key stops functioning properly. Because of this, it becomes impossible to return to the main lobby/menu by pressing ESC. The game remains stuck on the current screen unless the player manually navigates away or restarts the game. Steps to reproduce: Open Apex Legends. Go to the Store or Locker section. Purchase any cosmetic item using Crafting Metals. Equip the purchased cosmetic from the Locker. Try pressing the ESC key to return to the lobby/menu. Expected result: Pressing ESC should immediately return the player to the previous menu or lobby as normal. Actual result: The ESC key does not respond, preventing the player from returning to the lobby/menu normally. Platform: PC Issue frequency: Happens consistently after equipping newly crafted cosmetics. I hope this issue can be investigated and fixed in a future update. Thank you. Even though there are no restrictions on my account, it keeps getting stuck during matchmaking. When I try with other accounts, I can log in just fine—it’s only my own account that gets stuck and can’t find a match. I need help.15Views0likes0CommentsCrossplay issue – cannot reliably join friends on Xbox/PC from PS5
Hello, I would like to report a recurring issue with Apex Legends crossplay when I try to play with my friends on other platforms. My platform: PlayStation 5 My friends’ platforms: Xbox and PC Region: Europe Game mode: any game mode Issue description: When I join my friends’ lobby (they are on Xbox or PC and I am on PS5), we very rarely manage to start a match together. Most of the time, they load into the game without me, even though I am in the party before they start matchmaking. On my side, I stay in the lobby or get stuck on the loading screen while they are already in the match. To make it work, we have to restart the game several times (both me and my friends), and after a few attempts it sometimes works, but it is very inconsistent and unreliable. This makes it almost impossible to play together through crossplay. Steps to reproduce: I launch Apex Legends on PS5 and log in to my EA account. A friend on Xbox or PC invites me to their party, or I join their party via the in‑game friends list. Once we are in the same lobby, the party leader starts matchmaking. Very often, my friends load into the match without me, while I remain in the lobby or stuck on the loading screen. We try leaving the party, re‑inviting, and restarting the game. After several retries, it may finally let us into the same match, but not consistently. Expected result: When we are in the same crossplay party and matchmaking starts, all party members (PS5, Xbox, and PC) should load into the same match together every time. Actual result: My friends on Xbox/PC frequently enter the match without me, even though I am in the party, and I stay in the lobby or on a loading screen. We must restart the game multiple times before it sometimes works. Troubleshooting already tried: Restarted the game and the console multiple times. Cleared the PS5 cache (full power down, unplug, etc.). Checked that crossplay is enabled in the game settings. Re‑added friends via EA IDs. Tried different data centers/servers. Tested my internet connection (stable and working fine with other online games). Could you please investigate this crossplay issue and let me know if there is any workaround or fix?33Views0likes1Comment
