Regarding the incorrect display of auras
While the lobby correctly displays your rank, matches and training sessions show you as a rookie. This issue has been fixed, but it may still persist for some users. I've tried various solutions like restarting, but it hasn't been resolved for a week since I first noticed it.losing my apex coins
Sorry to interrupt my time. I have wanted to tell you that my apex coins are go due to the bug that you guys haven't found out I have lose my precious coins because I am not buying apex coins. I don't buy things in game and I want to have 150 heirloom shards and I think it is reasonable. You guys had lost my only coins and I require 150 heirloom shards. You can search If I am lying or not. I am having problems with my mic in Apex. My headset works and so does my mic and I’ve tested it through starting a party. My mic also works just fine in multiplayer and warzone in COD. So I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve tried everything, messing with the settings on Xbox, messing with the settings on apex. Resetting the MAC address, a hard reset you name it. And yes I’ve made sure it’s fully plugged in to my headset and controller. As well as the all the mic settings are on to communicate are on. Please if you have an answer help!! I keep getting the sound starvation symbol when I try to speak, even though I can hear my teammates just fine.
Cant equip costemetics bug
Basically I cant equip any cosmetics that I have un locked like skins, gun skins, banner, etc... basically things that you need to hit the "equip" button for. All the items I am trying to equip I am 100% sure I own so im not sure why this bug is happening. When I want to equip something the button is grey not orange like it normally is and when i hover my mouse over the button it turns orange for a second but then goes grey and when I click equip nothing happens please fix this EA. (Im playing on steam btw)
Nintendo Switch Voice Chat
In-game party chat does not work while in lobby for players connective via Nintendo Switch 2, however voice chat reactivated while any match has been started. If in a trio party, 2 players connected via steam can hear one another, but the player connected from the Nintendo Switch platform are unable to talk or listen to teammates until the match has begun.
