SWGOH Account tied to wrong country
I started playing SWGOH in Belgium a couple of years ago, and last year moved to the Netherlands (NL). Both my Google and EA accounts regional settings are set to NL, but I'm still affected by the anti-gambling laws of Belgium preventing me from seeing packs in-game in the store, or seeing pop-ups for packs. I am playing Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes on PC via the EA App, and the game displays placeholder text instead of proper ingame labels. I have already tried the following steps without success: Restarted the game and the EA App Changed the ingame language Cleared cache and local files Repaired installation through EA App Fully reinstalled the game It seems that the localization files are missing or not downloaded properly. Could you please assist or push a fix for the PC version? Thank you in advance for your help. Best regards
Mismatch in GLAT Reunite
It seems that GLAT’s bonus ability “Reunite” has conflicting Localization keys. One claims 25% mastery, the other 50%. This is most easily seen by looking at the attached image from SWGoH.gg, however you can also see it in game if you hold down on the ability (must be in match for that) Image: https://ibb.co/6Rt3S678Pacific Time Zone issues
There is constant issues with releases and Pacific time zones. This is the second marquee in two weeks that was released just hours before GAC lock. This was the middle of the night in Australia. Since the Rogue One ship was an important unit I lost two GAC rounds because of it. This is not the first time this has happened (the same issues have been going on for years - the Commander Ashoka release etc). Can you please look into the release cadence around different timezones? Alternatively rotating GAC/TW/TB start times for different timezones would be the best solution given a number of timezones are negatively impacted by start times in general. There is a large player base that spend money outside of the US that suffers from the US bias.
