With the way Buff Disruption is implemented it uses the immunity_debuff tag (see first image) however, that is the same tag as Buff Immunity (see second image) this results in units are immune to Buff Immunity are also immune to Buff Disruption
In the scoundrel CQ modifier (see third image) this is listed, however in other places such as Jyn Erso’s unique it is not. There may be other units with it, but I don’t want to make a search tool for this if you have better search tools internally :)
