EA DELETING MY POST PACK BUG
EA better have some sort of reimbursement coming for this bug, have not been able to open packs for an entire day. With the amount of complaints on this page you would think they would be working to solve it, but clearly our business is meaningless to them. Honestly insane that they can charge money for packs, and then once you buy that pack your game virtually breaks and does not allow you to open any more packs that YOU EARNED. I am facing a bug in FC 24 Ultimate Team. I opened a pack (most likely a Premium Gold Rare Pack), and inside that pack, I received a Free Switch Gold Pack. When I try to open or claim this pack, I receive an error: "There was a problem communicating with the Football Ultimate Team server." After this error, the game automatically kicks me out of the store. The same happens on the Companion App and Web App. Now, I am completely stuck because the game requires me to claim the Free Switch Gold Pack first — but this is impossible due to the error. As a result, I can’t open any other packs. This is very similar to a known issue with a TOTW pack from a Seasonal Supply Pack. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I opened my rivals rewards this morning 8:30 am (rough time) and upon opening the mega pack I have been unable to open the "unlock 1 player pack" redeemable item contained within this. I originally tried to open this on the companion app before trying on my PS5 (please see images below) This has left me unable to purchase any packs or open any of the packs I have waiting to be opened.
