Choix TOTW bloqué
Bonjour, Hier j’ai ouvert un pack avec 1500PS et un pack choix TOTW, quand je veux récupérer mon pack le jeu m’affiche une erreur et me fais quitter la boutique. J’ai essayer de le récupérer sur l’appli web pareil sauf que ça me déconnecte complètement de l’application et depuis je peux ouvrir aucun pack vu qu’il me reste un item non récupérer Voici les infos nécessaire console: PS5 gamertag : JR_Vinz nom du pack: pack de saison pack a récupérer: révélation TOTW Date d’achat: hier vers 14h acheter sur console
Error trying to open a Free Double Pack
Hi Guys, I got a free pack inside another pack, however everytime I try to open it it restarts the web app or closes the store in console. The Pack has a dev name, this is on PS5. I cannot open it or get rid of it. *card.desc.FreePlayersDouble I don't even want the pack as I have better packs ready to unlock. Any ideas? attached is a screen shot
Cannot redeem pack and i get completely logged out my account!!! (Strange Bug)
I bought the season progress pack from the store so i could earn some extra sp and try get to level 40 but i cannot redeem the free pack and i get logged out my account on the companion app completely and on my playstation it says there is a problem connecting to the ultimate team servers when i try claim the pack. Now i cannot even open any packs and its been like this for nearly 3 days now and i and im sure many others need this fixed immediately please. If required im happy to provide images as evidence if that helps as well as any other information you may need to get this fixed asap please!
