Photos turn Black (Patch 1.120.140/2.26)
When loading into my game from my last save from last night (January 12), all my photos across the save are there. Now when I try to save today after the update, upon logging back into the game all the photos have turned black! I had to load back to the previous save from last night to get my photos back. But now I can no longer play/ save the game!! The photo system is completely broken. I don't know what code they put into this new update, but I cannot play anymore without the pictures turning black after saving. Please help fix it, I don't know what else to do other than ask for help. I tried making a new save, but photos still turn black. I've no mods/cc installed. The update today mentioned "fixes" with photo system items like graduation photos, celebrity photos, memorial photos, but I have a feeling somewhere within that coding something has gone wrong for existing photos. EDIT: Paintings are affected too. They turn white. Since black photos are a symptom of a bug and not a bug itself, the issue can have many causes and each needs to be fixed separately. The only safe thing you can do is keep backups of your save game and/or upload rooms with your photos to your library or gallery. This is true for the upcoming patch when they fix another instance. Do not throw your backups away. Keep them safe. FC 26 In-Game Store Error – Purchases Fail Before Payment (PlayStation)
Hello, I am reporting a critical issue regarding EA SPORTS FC 26 that has been ongoing for more than two weeks. I am unable to purchase FC Points through the in-game store. When selecting any amount of FC Points, an error message appears immediately, before reaching the payment method selection. Purchases on the PlayStation Store work normally and subscriptions and other PlayStation Store purchases are successful. The issue only affects EA SPORTS FC 26 in-game purchases and FC Points purchased directly from the PlayStation Store are charged but not credited to my EA account. This strongly suggests a synchronization or entitlement issue between my PlayStation account and my EA account rather than a payment or banking problem. I have contacted both PlayStation Support and EA Support multiple times. PlayStation confirms there is no restriction or block on my PSN account. EA Support acknowledged the issue and documented it as a bug but no individual resolution was possible and cases were closed automatically. At this point the issue appears to be related to account linking or entitlement validation between the PlayStation Store and EA servers. I am an active player with significant monthly spending on EA games and it is extremely frustrating to be unable to use in-game purchases for such an extended period without a clear technical resolution. I would appreciate if a Community Manager or a member of the technical team could look into this issue verify whether it is a known problem check the EA and PlayStation account link and entitlements on my account and confirm if this can be escalated internally. Envíe una plantilla DCP sin querer para completar el desafío de 3x86, concretamente el de plantila de media 84 o más. Adjunto imágenes de mis jugadores perdidos. Lo envíe de 22:40 a 22:41 (UTC Spain) durante el día de hoy 21-01-2026. Tenía mucho aprecio por esos jugadores e invertí mucho tiempo en conseguirlos. Lo siento mucho, por el error, pero me haría muy feliz tenerlos de vuelta, porque prometo que ha sido sin querer. He dejado de jugar hasta que se solucione para no entorpecer la resolución. Gracias de antemano.

Estoy totalmente agotado con este juego. Da igual cuanto dinero gastes en FIFA Points, cuantos SBC's hagas o que recompensas ganes, nunca te toca una carta usable o de mucho valor. Cartas oro que ya estan a un precio de chiste como Aitana, Putellas, Yamal, ni un mísero Bellingham oro siquiera... Me preguntó si una cuenta como la mía puede tener algún tipo de bloqueo o nerfeo por parte de EA Sports, porque sinceramente no lo veo normal. No pido un Mbappe, pero que no toca nada por superior a 50k.
