Feedback on the new interstitial ads: A huge step backward for loyal players
I am writing to share my feedback regarding the recent update that introduced mandatory interstitial ads and the 30-day paid removal model.As a veteran player who has actively supported PvZ 2 financially over the years—purchasing premium plants, seed packets, and gems—this feels like a massive letdown. We are already more than willing to watch optional ads to earn Arena gauntlets or daily rewards. However, forcing an ad down our throats after a level that might only take 30 seconds to complete completely ruins the gameplay experience.Furthermore, the decision to implement a recurring 30-day "rental" just to play ad-free is incredibly anti-consumer. In the past, purchasing any premium item permanently removed forced ads as a basic courtesy to paying customers. Now, we are expected to pay a monthly fee just to make the game playable.I have to ask a genuine question to the management: is the small revenue from a forced 30-second ad really worth alienating your core, paying player base? Congratulations, because with this monetization strategy, EA might just achieve what the zombies never could: driving loyal players away from the lawn for good.I strongly urge the development team to reconsider this model. Durante il Lawnbowl, livello 8 difficile, se si utilizza la pianta "salvia solare" con ricostituente in punti dove ci sono tanti zombie, appena vengono convertiti per dare i soli l'app si blocca e va in crash. Error e injusticia en PvZ Heroes
Como el título indica, hablare de Plants vs Zombies Heroes. Hoy recientemente cumplí 28 días seguidos en el juego, los que sabran este te regala x20 de energía y un sobre gris por haber estado esos dias jugando o iniciando sesión. Mi inconvenience es que al entrar en el juego, primero me hizo pasar el tutorial de vuelta (mi cuenta no se había vinculado) luego de hacer lo básico, pude acceder a través de Google Play. Sin embargo, al momento de reclamar los regalos que mencioné al inicio, quedó la pantalla oscurecida, como si la cinemática para abrir el sobre se hubiera paralizado, esperé aproximadamente 2 minutos creyendo que seria a causa de mi dispositivo o el internet pero nada cambió. Fui obligado a cerrar el juego, y al abrirlo de vuelta ya me figuraba que habia reclamado tanto el x20 de energía como el sobre, PERO nunca lo abrí, no me llegaron cartas tanto de plantas o de zombis. En el juego me aparece que ya obtuve todo, pero estoy escribiendo todo esto por si me pueden ayudar a encontrar una solución de parte de los desarrolladores del juego o de algún jugador veterano. Como último a mencionar y vi que anda sucediendo mucho, es los repentinos fallos del juego al momento de jugar multijugador, en donde somos expulsados de la nada o sin previo aviso por el internet cuando sí se tiene buena cobertura del mismo. Здравствуйте, вчера я пытался посмотреть цены на премиум растения в пвз2, но столкнулся с проблемой авторизации(хотя аккаунт ЕА и Гугл плэй подключены) и в итоге я вообще ничего не могу купить из предложений за деньги, смотрел форумы, переустанавливал и в итоге ничего, что мне делать?Бесконечная загрузка и не работающие ежедневные награды
У меня имеется проблема, что я не могу забрать дневную награду, а также после каждого пройденного уровня или же открытой пеньяты у меня просто начинается бесконечная загрузка я попробовал все что мог что бы починить это самостоятельно но ничего не помогло(чистил кэш,переустанавливал приложение,переподключал вай фай)
