My younger brother submitted a player in a sbc without my consent

Among the items lost was Micky van de Ven, a card I had recently bought for 36,000 coins. This card held significant value for my team, and I did not authorize its submission. I respectfully ask for a one-time SBC reversal/item restoration, if feasible. The submission occurred by mistake, and I have not engaged in matches or made substantial alterations to my club following the error. Or if i could get the coins back. I have not enjoyed buying tradable cards from the market for years, not since FIFA 23. As an RTG player I am addicted to having a clean card face, and the First Owner badge on the front stops me from wanting to use or buy tradables at all. This keeps me locked into only RTG-style play and forces me to be extremely strict with my account, simply because the badge ruins the look of the card. It is especially even worse to evolve a tradable card because of this detail too! Please change the logic and move the First Owner badge to the back of the card instead. I usually complete the player guarantee or the higher rated players upgrades (84+rated). Recently, I've run low on untradeable players and the ones in my club are too low for the player upgrade challenges. Is it better to complete marquee match ups or try to sell them? My transfer list is already full and only a few of my players sell at a time (even with low starting bid and buy it now prices). Has anyone packed anything good from the marquee matchups?Do not buy this game!
This is a message to the game developers: Go and study football, all of you clearly don't understand what football is. When a team is losing, all of the sudden, their players can be very good, and the losing team will keep making mistake (very stupid mechanism). Finesse Shot plus outside the box is unbreakable, you do not need any skill score this type of goal. EA keep adding those irrelevant SBC and objectives every year repeating on the same bunch of players. All the of players nowadays just keep spinning like fidget spinner (even Antony doesn't spin that much). Whenever the midfield get pass through, they just stand there like dummy, no track back at all. The fullbacks never know when to stand middle when the centre backs are out of position. The heading accuracy for most players are horrendous. Most of the time, when defenders (which are very low pace) can suddenly sprint like Mbappe when they are chasing back the attackers (which is very unreal and stupid). This game is: dead since you added women into Ultimate Team not worth the money not fun trying to suck your money For connection problems, a lot of players are facing connection problem to play online, and EA never seem to solve this problem or even try to. I faced the same problem for not able to connect online for several days, and EA just does not reply to any of my emails or message (so just pray you do not face this issue). They literally just pay for a unplayable game. Please do not buy this game. The only thing consistent in this game is how consistently trash it is. Yesterday I completed the new hero pick SBC. Never had much pack luck anyway so I wasn't really bothered who I'd get but I expected better than this. The player has no face, no name, can't view his bio. I've basically packed an unusable hero here. I used some seriously good players and most of my coins for this? It is a good idea that EA dropped icon picks for the icons which have the same value on the market rather than separated sbcs. EA, how about dropping 5-matches loan icon sbcs for all three icons in the same sbc group so we can try all three before picking one Beckham got one loan sbc but we want more. I just bought the game yesterday. I was doing the into sbcs this morning with my companion app and a bug happened. I just did 2 of the 3 challenges of “intro to upgrade sbcs” but the challenge ended like i did 3. And because of that i couldn’t claim my rewards. Please help with my issue. I have playtime activated so it can track my hours and games on the console and on the app, but my match counter doesn’t track my games properly. So it’s logging hours but not tracking games played throughout the week. I have no idea how to fix this to get my games to track. My playtime hours completely resets altogether every single time I play online in a rivals or online game. I cannot figure out how to make it work so I can unlock the market. It’s so frustrating and ruining this game for me. Just had a full conversation with ea support and they said that there is nobody to contact in the developer team to investigate this and that they won’t follow up with the “feedback” provided after reviewing the case. They told me that they could see I have done 396 games on the account but then why does the playtime feature not portray this?EA FC 26
I oredered my ultimate edition on September. I still haven’t received any bonus besides 4k fc points. I was supposed to get premium pass and icon player and all that but still haven’t received it. Also my games says standard edition while I pre-ordered ultimate edition. I tried contacting ea regarding this matter and they told me “I understand this is unusual, but the pre-order content you should have received is automatically linked to your order, meaning the retailer/platform where you purchased the game should have granted the content. I've checked, and it appears the pre-order contents, such as the season pass and other rewards, are missing from your account.. I would request you to contact PSN support once and let them know you've not received the season pass, they will check your order details and rectify the issue with the order once they grant the content from their end it will be added in your game automatically. Since, we are unable to track the purchase order we will not be able to rectify it from our end” Then I went back to PlayStation support and asked them to fix the issue and hear is what they told me “Thank you so much for waiting. I was verifying the information in the system and I can see that the entitlements have already been transferred to the game server, so you will need to contact the game publisher Electronic Arts Inc for further advice.” I have been sent back and forth and have to repeat myself over and over again.
