In an attempt to clarify the reason for this ban, I have submitted four separate appeals, yet each time, I received an automatic response. The lack of any concrete evidence and the impersonal nature of these replies make it feel as though my case was never properly reviewed. First and foremost, I have always earned my Ultimate Team Coins within the game’s legitimate framework by playing UT Champions, Rivals, Squad Battles, and Rush modes. Additionally, every transaction I have made in the Transfer Market was conducted entirely within the game’s official mechanics. If my account was banned due to my Lev Yashin transfer, I want to emphasize that this was simply a natural market fluctuation within the game’s economy. To ensure a fair review, I have contacted your support team four times, yet I have only received the same automated message each time. This suggests that my appeals were not actually reviewed and were instead dismissed through a standard automated process. Therefore, I kindly request the following actions from you: I demand that my account be thoroughly reviewed by a real person. If I have violated any section of the User Agreement, I request a clear and detailed explanation of which rule was broken. If your system has detected any suspicious activity, I ask for concrete evidence to be provided for my review. If my ban was issued due to a misjudgment, I would like a clear explanation of the appeal process and the steps I need to take to have my account reinstated. As a long-time dedicated player of your game, I find this situation extremely unfair. If a fair review was truly conducted, then why am I not receiving a specific explanation? Why are all my appeals being dismissed with automated responses? I request a thorough investigation into my account, a proper response instead of automated messages, and a resolution to this unjust situation. Dear EA Support Team, I am requesting a reconsideration of the decision regarding my account. I have earned all my UT Coins legally by playing Champions, Rivals, Squad Battles, and Rush modes. If my account has been banned due to the profit I made from selling Lev Yashin, I would like to clarify that this transaction was carried out entirely within the game’s legal mechanics. My Yashin Transfer Process: On February 7th at 00:12, I purchased Yashin for 500,000 UT Coins by selling players that had been released at that time. On Saturday, March 1st, in order to acquire the Wonderkid Icon version of Didier Drogba, I sold both Yashin and the Drogba card that had been in my squad for a long time. Yashin’s market value almost doubled within a month, and I was able to sell him for 933,000 UT Coins. Similarly, I had purchased Drogba three months ago for 500,000 UT Coins, and I sold him for 187,000 UT Coins. All these transactions were made entirely within the game's legal framework. I have never engaged in any illegal coin buying or selling. My coin earnings have come from consistently completing UT Champions, Rivals, Rush, and Squad Battles objectives over several weeks. I kindly request that my account activity be thoroughly reviewed once again, as I believe I have been penalized unfairly. I appreciate your time and assistance in resolving this issue. As the title says, I've been playing since October(670 games) and even put money in to buy FIFA points, and the market is still locked, it's frustrating not to be able to complete SBCs on web app cause you can not purchase a missing player. Hello, I need EA's assistance with an issue regarding the POTM Mbappe SBC. I had already submitted all the previous squads, and when I reached the final squad, everything was correctly placed and fully loaded. However, after pressing the Submit button, the submission did not go through, and I did not receive the player. I have a screenshots proving that the last squad was already filled and ready to be submitted. I kindly ask EA to look into this and provide a solution, as I believe it should be visible on their end that everything was properly set up. It can take the last squad from my club in exchange for granting me the Mbappé card, as I was fully prepared to submit it. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you!
