Missing Icon Swap Tokens I’m missing 2 Icon Swap tokens. I was very careful and definitely didn’t give any away or submit them by mistake. Because of this, I now have to win another 10 Champs matches to get R9, which is really frustrating. Has anyone else had this issue, or does anyone know how to fix it? Hello EA Support, My name is Aviad and I am a player from Israel. I’m contacting you regarding a few issues that are affecting my experience in EA Sports FC. Due to the current security situation and war in Israel, we often receive emergency alerts that require us to immediately leave our homes and go to a protected area. Because of this, there are many times when I am forced to leave matches in the middle of the game. Unfortunately, this results in automatic losses, disconnections, and it harms my progress in competitive modes like Champions and Rivals. This situation is completely outside of our control, and many players in Israel are experiencing the same issue. I kindly ask if EA could consider the situation of players in Israel during this difficult time, and possibly provide more flexibility regarding disconnections or penalties that occur due to emergency situations. Additionally, I noticed that I am missing 2000 FIFA Points from my account. I would appreciate if you could please check this issue and help resolve it. Thank you for your time and understanding. I know existing players have had their teams updated, but what about players that weren’t already in UT? You did this with late summer transfers (though not until early December, which was a crazy long wait), is there any chance of getting these added sometime before FC27 comes out? Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Hello EA Team, I would like to formally report an ongoing issue that has been affecting my account for the past few days approximately 2–3 days. I am currently unable to create or rename squads, and I am also unable to change my club name. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive the following error messages: “Failed to create a squad”“ ''Failed to rename squad” When changing my club name: “Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement. Please enter a different text and try again.” This happens regardless of what text I enter. Even neutral names such as Squad123, Test123, or Squad777 do not work. The issue is persistent and does not depend on the wording used. I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps: Cleared cache, cleared FC24 folder from my documents, clearing my squad in game redownload Uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, and many other thing's i tyred... Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue, which strongly suggests this is an account-related problem rather than a local or client-side error. This issue has significantly affected my ability to enjoy the game I paid for and has caused unnecessary frustration and loss of time while trying to fix something that appears to be beyond my control. I kindly ask that someone from EA reviews my account and resolves this issue as soon as possible. I am looking for an official response and a proper fix so I can fully enjoy the game. I had a Time Wrap Evo of Pina but it suddenly disappeared 2 weeks ago. I thought I used her for SBC mistakenly. Then I tried to use her gold card for new Max Skills Evo but game said "You already have an Evo version of this card" so I couldn't. I checked again but I still don't have Time Wrap Pina in my players or SBC storage. Do you guys have any advise for me or have you ever experienced such a situation?Goodbye EA
I’ve submitted all my players into SBCs, used all my coins and FC Points on packs, quick sold everything, and cleared my club before signing off. What pushed me to this point was the constant experience of facing full credit card squads in Rivals, Champs, and even Live Events. TOTYs, multiple meta players, icons everywhere. I honestly can’t remember the last time I played against what felt like a fair, no-money-spent team. Right now, the game feels designed around spending power rather than skill. Competitive modes are supposed to reward ability, not who can invest the most money into packs. I am seriously considering pursuing legal action under Indian consumer protection laws. A competitive product marketed as skill-based should not provide systemic advantages to paying users. This game should not be pay to win. You have promised every year for a better improvement, but yet still another buggy and inconvenience experience in online modes. People paid for your game every years just to enjoy, but you decided to take our money away. In the past he game was fun eventhough there's some bug issues.
