How can we be more clear?
For the past few days, the community behind your game have made it abundantly clear that we believe FUTTIES is the endgame of FC, and thus should be the time when we are allowed infinitely repeatable sbc methods. 20x repeatable on 84x10s is a joke. The message at the start of this game was clear - you would listen to us - you have failed on this multiple times throuhout the year, though we have tolerated this in some part in recognition of your need to make a profit, which you SEEM to prioritise over our wishes, directly contradictory to what you said you would do. It is two months until the next game. You are actively profiting from the next game through pre-orders. The only reason to ignore our wish for an infinitely repeatable sbc method at this point is wanting to make profit in the store, which only represents more greed. The point of the time we are in now is collection, evos and trying old cards, not continuous competitive gameplay. Even less is it store packs. Release exchanges, or make 84x10s infinitely repeatable, or make the provisions upgrade infniitely repeatable, or find some other way, whatever makes you happy. But at least keep your promise to listen to us now.
What's Up with That? No futties Icons in SBCs?
Why? There’s only one month left in the game's lifecycle, yet some areas still feel like they're locked behind an iron curtain. Please review the repeatable SBCs and pls give us futties Icons to grind for. Look, this isn't the worst decision you've ever made—it probably wouldn't even make the top 1000—but it's definitely one of the more frustrating and unnecessary ones. And no, GOTG Icons don't count anymore. They're outdated at this stage of the game. EA Sports, with only a month left, the market has been dead for a long time, and the gameplay has already been discussed to death. At least give us something fun to grind for. Seriously, you had us grinding for a 97-rated Maradona for over a month, only to release a 99-rated version almost immediately after everyone finally completed the objectives. And now you haven't included the futties icons in any of the SBCs, right at the end. Please reconsider the SBC content and include futties Icons. It would give players a reason to keep playing during the final weeks. Thanks.Infinite SBC method when?
Following things that have come out in the last few days as well as responses on socials about the things that have come out, it seems that EA are planning on "gradually ramping up" the repeatability of sbcs and finding an infinte method over the next couple weeks, but that they don't want to "send the game into the end-game too early", or something along those lines. The end game of FC IS Futties. By the start of Futties, the fanbase, as should EA themselves, have recognised that the competetive side to FC is gone, which is a GOOD thing at this point in the year. With re-release batches and 95-rated cards which are unusable, there is a silent recognition among the community, as there should be in EA, that the game is now more about collecting fun cards, then possibly evoing them or just using them as is. This is what makes Futties fun - releasing stupidly large sbcs with the knowledge we can do it because we have a way of infinitely generating fodder. Without it, Futties feels soulless and boring. So please, EA, recognise that the re-introduction of an infinite sbc method is the best thing you can do for your game right now, and implement it. While you're at it, do what you did last year and remove sbc softbans - as I mentioned, the competetive side of FC is far depreciated by now, as it should be, and sbc softbans restrict what the game should now be about for the next couple months - card collection and experimentation. We had infinite methods in February in FC 24 (Which was too early, and was adjusted), in early July in FC 25 (Which was the perfect time to introduce them, though the horrible pack weight last year made it still feel like a drag), and yet we are still lacking a method heading into August of FC 26. Please implement an easy, infinite sbc method, without sbc softbans. Thank you.
