Hello, I am opening this thread because my transfer market ban appeal (Case #245727507) has been pending since May 13th, 2026, without any progress. My account was flagged for "coin distribution/buying/selling," which is entirely inaccurate. I am a dedicated player with over 4,000 matches played in Ultimate Team. I have invested a significant amount of time into this account, from grinding complex SBCs to competing in Rivals, often playing between 10 to 30 matches daily during my active periods. However, the current situation and the lack of communication have deeply affected my desire to play. In fact, due to the frustration caused by this unresolved ban, I have not even opened the game for the past week. Evidence of Organic Trading: Market Strategy: As shown in the attached fc26.jpg, my trading involves low-value, high-frequency activities such as applying league modifiers to managers (e.g., C. Galtier) and trading popular items like league-specific kits. This is standard market participation, not coin distribution. Account History: I maintain a high coin balance intentionally. If I were involved in illicit coin activities, I would not be holding millions of coins, nor would I have leftover FC Points from the beginning of the game. My account activity, as seen in fc26.jpg, clearly demonstrates a consistent, organic accumulation of wealth through gameplay and market fluctuation risks. Current Appeal Status: My official appeal, documented in case.jpg, has remained in "Waiting on Studio" status for over three weeks. Following the ban, I continued to play for a while, during which my balance grew naturally from 2.4M to 2.7M without any "suspicious" transfers. However, due to the lack of progress, I have not logged into the game for over a week now. I request a manual review by a human agent to analyze the account logs. My goal is to clear this wrongful restriction and continue enjoying the game as I have for a very long time. I am fully aware that this forum is not the primary channel for direct support and that moderators cannot manually lift account bans. I am posting this here solely to draw attention to the fact that my appeal has been stalled in the "Waiting on Studio" status for over three weeks, and to seek advice on how to get a human agent to review my case. I have been unable to access my FUT Transfer Market since some days now. Last I did was sold TOTS Haaland and Alexia however since then it’s not working. I checked my emails and found out that I have been blocked which I don’t know why. I tried talking to EA but only what I’m getting is automated responses which are so disheartening and makes me feel there is no one to actually listen to the issues I’m facing. In the email it’s mentioned that I was a part of coin distribution but I genuinely wasn’t. It’s very normal for players to place players on high prices and that’s what I was doing, re-listing until someone buys it, like I have done with sooooo many cards in the past. Someone please help how to get my transfer market back up.
Incorrect Gold item instead of TOTS in pack
Earlier I completed the Africa challenge sbc. From the gold starting xi pack at the end i packed a gold Enzo fernandez. I understand his Tots shouldn't be in this pack as it is capped at 89 rated however his gold card should also not be in the pack. Am I due compensation?FC HUB
Hello everyone, I’m having an issue with the FC Hub in EA Sports FC and I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. The FC Hub points are not working for me at all. When I complete objectives, the points do not appear anywhere, and I’m not receiving any rewards either. The FC Hub section also doesn’t open properly for me. I’ve attached screenshots below. Has anyone found a fix for this, or is this a known issue right now? thanks in advance
NEW PROMO FOR ULTIMATE TEAM
New promo for ultimate team called Loyalty Legends. Featuring football legends that were loyal to their club. And still are. Players that have played more than 10 seasons with a club. Like Messi Maldini Bastoni Puyol Totti etc. I would love to see this promo come out in FC26 UT. the card colors would be a gold orange and white color palette. I would literally love to see an Idea like this become real. Cards that have less than 15 seasons at the club would have 3 playstyles plus and cards that have more than 15 seasons at their club would have 4 playstyles plus! Cards would be featured in packs live events and rivals and champs rewards.
