Why have I not been given an icon card as I ordered in the fc shop 24th of august. I got out of the ps shop a pc version. Oh my lord... I called EA we can only do one thing oke. You retreat your bought version and buy new one. Not you have bought a version we put the good version on your account and you get your icon. This is how it was in 1996. I can show the receipt of 24 th of august. Will justice been served? Why is dangerous play not in the game? Why can an opponent stand within 9 meters at a free kick. Why are transfers not been updated especially the women? Where is for example Jennifer Hermoso a transfer from 30th august to Atletico Madrid. Will the broken through ball fixed? Will passing be better? because you can be as good as you want but if you aim to left and the ball goes to the right there is a serious problem Why does Ea seldom answers to critical questions. Title: FC 27 Is Extremely Disappointing – We Paid Full Price for This? I honestly don’t understand how FC 27 was released in this state. We paid full price for this game expecting a better football experience, but instead we got a game that is incredibly frustrating and, at times, simply not enjoyable to play. The gameplay feels inconsistent, player reactions are terrible, and there are far too many moments where the game seems to work against the player rather than rewarding good football. This isn’t about losing matches. Losing is part of the game. The problem is that the gameplay itself often feels unresponsive, inconsistent and frustrating. We paid our hard-earned money for this game. We shouldn’t have to feel like we were punished for buying it. EA, please actually listen to your players. Take the feedback seriously, fix the gameplay issues and give us the football game we paid for. We paid for FC 27 — not for endless frustration.Missing my two players #256153968 HELP ME EA
I recently bought Gordon and Kluivert (Monday) and was using them last night. Came back from work today to the game updating, I then go on to ultimate team and they aren’t there. No sbcs done with them going in as they weren’t even there a concept players and my coins balance was the same. Even check my quick sells and they aren’t there. Been in touch with the help desk but is there anything else I can do?
Evolutions No Longer Feel as Exciting as FC26
I’ve noticed that Evolutions don’t feel nearly as engaging in FC27 as they did in FC26. In FC26, Evolutions were one of the main reasons I wanted to log into the game every day. They gave Ultimate Team a different feeling and created excitement around developing players. Every player could have their own unique Evolution journey, and I genuinely enjoyed searching for players and planning which Evolutions to use on them. However, in FC27, Evolutions feel much more limited. We are restricted by too many requirements, and there are far fewer opportunities to create players that actually fit our squads and playstyles. It has now been a month since the game launched, and I haven’t evolved a single player because I simply haven’t found Evolutions that make me want to invest my time into them. I understand that Evolutions need to be balanced with SBCs, rewards, and the Transfer Market. However, I think the current system has gone too far in the other direction. I would really like EA to reconsider this and give players more freedom and more reasons to engage with Evolutions again. They were one of the features that made FC26 feel different, and I believe they could bring that same excitement back to FC27. What do you think? Do Evolutions feel less exciting to you this year compared to FC26?
10x84+ pack skipped the entire opening experience after 20 Champions matches
Hi, I’m reporting a very frustrating issue with my EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team Weekend League reward. Platform: PlayStation Date: October 5, 2026 Approx. time: 2:30 AM BRT Pack: 10x 84+ Cost: 100 Weekend League tokens I played all 20 Champions matches and stayed up until around 2:30 AM specifically to complete the Weekend League and redeem the 100 tokens for the 10x84+ pack. After all that time and effort, when I finally opened the pack, there was no pack-opening animation whatsoever. The game instantly skipped the entire opening sequence and went straight to the item list, almost as if I had opened a basic bronze pack. This completely ruined the reward experience. A major part of earning a high-value pack like this is the anticipation of the opening, seeing whether there is a special card, walkout, promo item, etc. Instead, the entire moment was simply skipped because of what appears to be a technical issue. I can see 10 items in my club, but because the normal pack-opening sequence never happened, I also have no way to know with confidence whether the pack was processed exactly as intended. From my perspective, the opening was abnormal from start to finish, so I would appreciate EA checking the pack-opening logs and confirming that the correct rewards were generated and delivered. I already tried EA Help, but the automated support flow keeps closing the conversation without creating a case or allowing me to speak to an advisor. Considering the amount of time required to earn 100 Weekend League tokens and the fact that the entire reward-opening experience was lost due to a technical problem, I believe this should be investigated and that affected players should be considered for compensation. I also have a screen recording showing the issue exactly as it happened, including the pack opening being skipped and the game going straight to the item list. I can provide the video if needed. Please check my account logs for the 10x84+ pack opened at approximately 2:30 AM BRT on October 5 and confirm whether the pack was processed correctly and whether compensation can be provided. Hi I completed the objective that was running last week champions tokens where you played 15 games world class for the tokens you got 50 tokens at 10wins 50 tokens at 12wins 100 for complete 15wins so 250 tokens for the 15 games and wins. but after completing the objective I don’t receive any tokens I’m lost on what to do as I still haven’t received the tokens.PS5: Both 88+ x3 Champions Token Packs skipped the entire opening animation
Platform: PlayStation 5 Game: EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team Mode: FUT Champions After finishing FUT Champions 15-0, I earned 450 Champions Tokens. I spent 400 of them on two 88+ x3 Player Packs at 200 Tokens each. On both openings, the game skipped the entire pack-opening and reveal sequence and immediately displayed the players. There was no normal opening animation, walkout, double-walkout presentation, or reveal sequence. I received the players from both packs. This report concerns the presentation failure, not the pack contents, player ratings, or pack luck. I have original video recordings of both openings and can provide them for review. Please investigate why this happened twice, review the relevant account and game logs, and let me know whether it is a known issue on PlayStation 5. I got banned from using the transfer market for the entire game they said for "balance transfer". I appeal 3 times got an AI generated response saying its rejected for cheating but nothing to actually say how I cheated, when I cheated, what I did wrong or a justification for an entire ban. I move my points over from fc 26...400 of them paid for in the xbox store after the game promted me to do so. I have purchased players on the market for the gallery and sold them on just like millions of players. Some for profit some at a tax loss. This is the only market actions I have done. I lost 5000 coins on one player. Is there any way to actually get a talking response so I can discuss this with EA or do I just have to accept this and face losing £80 as there's no point playing the game if its not the full game. Any EA community manager br helpful don't tell em the forum isn't a place to resolve bans with your own AI generated reply. Have EA just scammed me 2 weeks into the game release?! Anyone have a direct email to complain? As the appeal is 1000 characters max pointlessly.
