FUTTIES Token store evolutions missing after purchase
I purchased the goalkeeper evolution (100 tokens), the right mid evolution (100 tokens), and the striker evolution (200 tokens). After going to my evolutions the only one I was able to see and apply was the striker one. After closing the game, completing the striker evolution, checking the store for unmoved items, I am still unable to see the first two evolutions I purchased for a total of 200 FUTTIES tokens. Just gone. My tokens are also gone.Futties Token store evolutions missing
A couple minutes ago on PC, I bought the "Festival Of Football: National Pride Cosmetic Evolution" which after buying should show up in the rewards section as "gold standard" but i never got anything. I've also seen many other people complain about the same thing, that they evolution they bought doesn't show up so I'm guessing its an actual current bug and not a mistake i made. So this is twice this has happened to me where I've been waiting for my token reset to claim my rewards and Ive accidentally misclicked the button and with no UI warning or anything have lost hours of progress due to the companion app being buggy or being poorly developedFUTTIES token limit rivals
Hello EA Support, I claimed my Division Rivals rewards, and the rewards screen clearly showed 600 FUTTIES Tokens. However, I only received 99 FUTTIES Tokens instead of the full 600. I also received and opened the packs, but the missing FUTTIES Tokens have still not been added to my account. Could you please check my account and grant the missing 501 FUTTIES Tokens? Thank you.
