Player career bugs (as of Oct 16)
Hey all, I am not sure if EA devs will ever read this. But Player career mode went significantly worse over the years. Many functions that worked before stopped working. New functions also have bugs. Major issues: Cards apply to your next game no matter which tournament it is. You can play your domestic cup and get a red - and you miss your next Champions League match which comes next. (this was working like 12 years ago and now its not). Occasionally, if you want to skip a cutscene which is ALWAYS the same after the 1st half, you camera stays in menu mode but game goes on. You can still control your player but you only see 25% of the pitch. You just SELECT where to go next after your season (instead of working your way to earn that contract), and if you go where you wanted, rivals, national team calls - that is gone forever. Minor issues: You can score 10 goals, have rating 10 out of 10, but if you ask for a sub early - you see message s like 'board is unhappy', tweets that you're goin on a load (which of course never happens), etc. etc. National teams tournaments are not even happening (not even saying you cannot play them) - that was working in some form before (many years ago). Commentary of the game are randomly switching off and music starts during the game, even if you set the setting literally to NEVER let that happen. Overall, this game feels like an early beta everywhere but UT, and feels worse than its version from many years ago, although having pretty much the same gameplay over the years.

1- Luego de ganar algun trofeo, campeonato o partido importante, como un clasico, los jugadores siguen con el mismo o peor estado de animo 2- Lo mismo pasa en el periodo de pretemporada donde no hay partidos por varios dias algunos jugadores piden irse por no jugar 3- hay que entender que la plantilla principal normal de cualquier equipo no cambia semana a semana. tenes titulares y suplentes. Obvio los suplentes se pueden ganar el puesto pero normalmente juegan partidos menos importantes o para que descanse el titular. Es incoherente que un suplente de media de 72 te pida jugar mas que uno de media 80. Los roles tipo esencial, importante, etc tendrian que ser mas claros o agregar que el segundo DT te suguiera rotar porque se viene un partido importante. Los jugadores de reservas en cualquier equipo top no juegan ni 10 partidos de 32 disponible en la vida real (hay excepciones pero normalmente no ocurren) 4- la fecha de los partidos. Me paso puntualmente en liga Argentina y Libertadores que jugando la fase de grupo de la libertadores y los playoffs de la liga mi equipo jugaba cada 2 casi. Imposible que se recuperen aun haciendo rotaciones 5- transferencia y prestamos. Hay jugadores de media alto como 80 que puse en transferibles y terminé liberandolo porque se sentia infeliz y el club/plantilla me bajaba el pulgar por no hacer "nada" 6- aun ganando campeonatos (cumpliendo objetivos) la dirigencia bajaba mi calificación

You lot soon patch the free kick glitch cause it benefits getting it done for ultimate team, but just ignore all the problems in career mode absolute waste of money this year, 3 weeks in and it’s unplayable why not add an option to turn off transfer requests, morale and dynamic potential so we can actually start enjoyed a game we paid extra to get 7 days early and still can’t play it!!! Dear EA SPORTS Development Team, First of all, thank you for this excellent and highly enjoyable edition. In my opinion, this is the best version yet, and it will truly be the greatest if a few issues are fixed and some minor improvements are implemented. There is a noticeable issue in Player Career Mode regarding the stagnation of the Manager AI. I kindly request you to look into the following points for fixes and improvements: * Fixing Squad Freezing and Stagnation: Currently, the starting lineup completely freezes, and the manager insists on playing the exact same names all season long without any rotation. We need more squad variety throughout the season and a fix for this rigid lineup repetition. * Tactical Flexibility and Sub Variations: The rigidity in formations and playstyles needs to be resolved. There should be tactical variety across standard matches and big derbies. For instance, in knockout tournament stages, the manager should adapt and change tactics between the first and second legs depending on the aggregate score. Additionally, we need a fix for the repetitive substitution patterns where the exact same bench players come on every single match. * Dynamic Manager AI: A truly dynamic feature must be added to the Manager AI to allow better in-game reading, while fixing the tactical bugs mentioned in previous reports. * Interactive Tactical Instructions for the User: We highly suggest introducing a feature that displays clear tactical instructions from the manager to the user before and during the match. This should appear as an on-screen prompt or notification, ordering the player to: * Keep calm and maintain possession. * Apply high press. * Play crosses or long balls. * Drop back and counter-attack. * Focus on center or wings. * Focus on shooting. * Based on these real-time instructions, the formation dynamically shifts during the match, while fixing all the bugs mentioned in the previous sections. Wish you all the best, it is an excellent and highly enjoyable game, the best version in my view, and it will be the absolute best if these issues are fixed and minor developments are ad ded. For the love of god I BEG you EA to fix the incessant transfer requests and unnecessary poor morale from players. It’s not unheard of in real life for nearly the same starting 11 to play nearly every game. The moment one player doesn’t start a couple games you get the message ‘I need more games boss…’ then of course the inevitable happens where they request to leave. In what real world scenario does this happen? Would you really expect a player like Saka or Eze to do this? No. So please please fix this as it is unplayable at the moment. The dynamic overall is poor as well. How you can possibly start a career, be unbeaten in the prem 10 games in and suddenly half the squad are in poor or bad form? Please just give us the option in the career set up for this dynamic overall nonsense so we can all untick it and play career mode without these things making it unplayable. why when you start a new career with an existing manager does he then become the NEW manager? Can this be amended as well? Please address these issues. To pay nearly £100 for this game to be in this state isn’t acceptableEnoughs enough
Another one of the 100 things wrong with this game, how can you release and unfinished game? It baffles me how you treat us lot year after year same glitches, and the new stuff you put in is unplayable, and you charge £100 for eager fans to play it early the game is in absolute shambles! I really really think you should update the kits and squads and spend two years sorting this mess out to actually show you care and give us a decent game, I promise you now the only reason you get these sales is cause we’re all massive football fans and it’s the only game on the market for us NOT cause we appreciate your “hard” work the game is never ever finished we get to march when you’ve eventually decided to patch all the problem we have two more months before the seasons done then in September we have this crap again….billion dollar company and your only interested in earning more from ultimate team, we’re all sick of this absolutely awful unplayable crap we get every year
