CFB 27 wish list
Several QOL updates are needed, as well as some other things. Here is a list. 1. Allow users to delete coach profiles from the Trophy room. 2. More user control over conference schedules. Allow users to swap a conference team out for another one or move a conference game to a different week/venue. 3. Add extra team slots in dynasty to be used for teambuilder teams instead of having to replace an existing team. 4. Allow for neutral site games in Play Now beyond that of playing in an established bowl or CFP championship game. (namely the RRR, but other teams could benefit from this as well.) 5. Allow for player physical appearance changes after year 1 of a dynasty (offline, of course). 6. Allow users to change ANY player number after year 1 in Dynasty (offline, of course). 7. "Playoff/Tournament mode" where user chooses up to 16 teams and only plays the playoff part of a schedule (all bowl trophies would be disabled in this mode btw). 9. Allow for more scheduling range. (schedule up to 13 games with no bye week, or as few as 10 games with 3 bye weeks). 10. More conference adjustments/realignment options. Allow users to completely empty a conference and/or change the name/logo of a conference. 11. Allow "FCS (directional)" teams to be swapped out for teambuilder teams. 12. Incorporate the "player spotlight" RTG features into dynasty. Give user the option to "spotlight" or "feature" a player during pregame presentation sequences each week. Also incorporate RTG pregame camera shots and stadium views into dynasty mode. 13. Allow users to choose weekly game start times (noon, 3:30, 6:00, 8:00) in dynasty. 14. Some teams use different field/endzone graphics for conf and noncon games. Specifically, University of Oklahoma, but there may be others as well. 15. Give users the option to change celebration button mapping. 16. In dynasty, extend previous season record view in 'Coach contracts' beyond five years. When dynasty begins, user can see the team's record going back to 2000. That should still be viewable no matter how far into the dynasty the user goes. Right now, it isnt. Once the user signs the contract, the record only goes back five years, sometimes not even that far. 17. Allow user to play other games week-to-week or in bowl season without having to take full control of that team as this also creates unnecessary coach peofiles in the trophy room (which could also be addressed by the first listed QOL update request above). 18. Score/stat graphics on stadium scoreboards. (this one might be tricky to accomplish as it would likely require significant coding implementation) 19. You already mentioned presentation so i will refreain from detailing the deficiencies i have found in that area not listed above. 20. Last but not least, Teambuilder is still sorely lacking in multiple areas other than what you highlighted in the video. I don't know how much clout you have with EA devs, but maybe you know a person or two you can forward this list to. I just know I have been deeply unsuccessful in my attempts to reach anyone at EA with enough pull to get any of these updates even looked at, let alone incorporated into the game.44Views0likes0CommentsUpdate Dynasty and Practice mode.
I just would like to ask that some could look into USER controlled CPU teams in all modes especially Dynasty. I’m in a 8 team league and when it comes to important games it would be awesome if the User didn’t get an easy game against the CPU. We should be able to invite other user in that dynasty to play against the original user team. Also add up to 8 users to join. Like the multiplayer tab from the ps3/ps4. But online of course. Also practice modes need to be more fluid with play selection and customization to play book should mirror formation substitutions packages. Thanks for the time hope we see some new updates. I love the game. I literally can play it all day everyday. Dynasty mostly and RTG after that. If there were anything id want EA to allow us access to, it would be to enable dynasty user to choose game times and weather in dystany. If not weather AT LEAST the time of the games. Some games deserve to be under the lights and some deserve to be a noon. Allow time of games to be change in dynasty would be icing on the cake for me and im sure im not the only one who has had this thought. I would also allow for singular leg sleeves and the update QB wristbands and wrist braces that are in madden. Wear and tear has a good concept but is completely over exaggerated. My half backs are set to “keep fresh” and autosub out at 90 stamina and by week 3 my starting HB’s season pool is less than 25% at 12-18 carries/game. His injury, toughness, and stamina attributes are all 85+. I get that wear and tear is supposed to add realism and it could, but it should never be able to be almost fully depleted by week 3 of a season especially when your subs are set to the max “keep fresh” setting. Now I have to waste an entire season fiddling with wear and tear sliders to fix this mess myself and most of my players for the next 4 years will feel the effects of the overdone wear and tear of this season.6.4KViews14likes10CommentsSuper-sim delay of game (injury) bug
There is a bug when coming out of super sim 1 play after an injury. Player gets injured, push exit, it runs the next play then exits. When this happens it pops up the usual injury sub/dont-sub options but has the exiting box in the corner. You cannot make a selection at this time but the play clock runs down from 25 and the injury selection runs down from 40, but the screen is completely locked. then the play clock expires, no selection was made and it finally lets you out of super-sim on what looks like 1st and 10. After you run your first play out of super sim it assesses the delay of game and it becomes 1st and 15. i usually only play big games and use super-sim on slow to watch the team I’ve built play easy matchups, mostly so i can manage injuries in game and ensure nobody important goes down in easy win games. So, I am in my 4th season with Kansas. I have a Jr running back that is 83 overall and just signed a 5-star freshman RB that is 82 overall. I decided to have the freshman be my starter. However, during games I will get maybe 7-10 carries with him before he disappears for the rest of the game and the backup becomes the main running back. I’ve gone into my depth chart to switch things around and move the Jr backup down the list, thinking maybe they are doing it because he’s 83 while the freshman is 82. Well, instead of them putting the freshman back in, they just have the 3rd and 4th string guys that I moved up to the 83 overall guy’s spot and the freshman is still a ghost. Can someone tell me what’s happening and how to fix it? I don’t want to just turn off fatigue or anything like that because fatigue should be part of the game, but is this a bug or something?851Views3likes3Comments
