Hello, I have a problem.
I subscribed to a streamer and received the Versatile Soldier Skin in my Twitch inventory. I claimed it, and it shows as owned in the Twitch Drops inventory. However, even after claiming it, it doesn’t appear in the game — it’s still locked. What should I do?

I am having the exact same issue with BF6 Twitch drop rewards. I have had all of my rewards show up in game (Phantom Edition and pre order bonuses, Beta participation rewards, launch day Twitch drop rewards) but not the August Twitch rewards (Imperial soldier skin, Landslide skin, etc.). I have my EA and Twitch accounts properly linked and the rewards were claimed in time in my twitch account yet they still show as locked in game (I have ample proof of this as well.) I have attempted to contact EA "support" multiple times now as the official EA help page for missing Twitch rewards instructs us, the customer/player, to do so. However EA "support" told me that the issue is known and there is nothing they could do to help as it's already been passed along to their "Dedicate team of special" (That's not a typo, that's verbatim) directing me to this forum via a copy and paste paragraph with a link attached to cry into the abyss about this bug and "Upvote similar posts with issues similar to mine" as if it would directly resolve the bug that clearly COUNTLESS players have been and still are actively reporting. I have seen countless players reporting this bug not only here but on X, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram... I could go on. On top of all of that EA "support" would intentionally ignore the questions I was asking via the chat box, I had to ask a question SIX TIMES before I got a half baked (and nonsensical) answer in broken English. EA "support" advised me to go to TWITCH and inquire about this bug despite the fact that Twitch's official policy clearly states that any issues/ bugs receiving Twitch drop rewards is fully the responsibility of the game developer and the customer support of the game's company needs to be contacted for any fix as it is an issue on their side, which is obvious in and of itself. After directing me to this forum my chat with EA "support" was prematurely disconnected while I was clearly still asking questions about this bug and I was clear with the fact that I was not ready to disconnect the chat as my concerns have not been fully addressed. I was attempting to ask how I could escalate the issue further beyond the EA "support" chat box since all speaking with them got me was copy and paste lines that they were clearly sending me off of a script, I could tell this because all of the EA representatives sent me the exact same responses and phrases to my questions, even the "Trust me I hear you're frustration and can relate, I am a gamer too and understand what it's like", which I know is obviously a nonsense statement-they're instructed to use this line with frustrated customers in an attempt to pull at our heart strings and have us feel validated like somehow them being "a gamer" as well makes us being transgressed any more okay. Lastly, the cherry on top and what is the biggest slap in the face for me is that EA/Dice are rolling out ANOTHER Twitch drop promotion for the "Redsec" battle royale mode and this Twitch event starts today 10/28/25. They are already starting another Twitch drop reward promotion when endless players are contacting EA "support" about their missing Twitch rewards from AUGUST clearly due to a bug with not as little as a statement confirming a fix for the players who spent 4+ hours of their time earning these rewards that they were promised would be in game at launch day, which they have yet to see. To say I am appalled with EA/ EA "support's"/ Dice's handling of this situation is a severe understatement. EA needs to speak on this issue and grant us players what was promised from these Twitch drops, ESPECIALLY now that they're already rolling out new ones while players haven't even gotten theirs from 2 1/2 months ago.
