Community ManagerBro ditto. In fact I'm going on 2 months since I earned my stuff in Twitch. I've opened like 5 cases and I keep getting the same dumb answer of "It should be in your loadouts page" guess what @EA it isn't!. Currently missing and have screenshots of earning and claiming all the same: Green Falcon Vehicle Skin, Cyber War Weapon Package, Called Shotgun Dog Tag, Imperial Soldier Skin, Shattered Vehicle Skin, Landslide Soldier Skin, Mimic Weapons Package, AND the EA App outage XP bonuses.
In the rare event I get told that there's no fix and/or to watch the forums/community pages for updates there's NO official mention of this error from EA whatsoever. Absolutely insane that this can't be resolved or a competent person can try to help me.
I've tried the following and still no success: Verifying I had claimed and earned the items in Twitch, reaching out to Twitch support regarding this (they closed the ticket informing me it is on EA's end), repairing the install, clearing EA App Cache, repairing the EA App, uninstalling Battlefield 6, reinstalling Battlefield 6, uninstalling the EA App, Re-installing the EA App, ensuring the proper Twitch account is linked to the proper EA account (news flash, it is), unlinking my Twitch account, re-linking my Twitch account. Yet nothing. I've got the screen shots and would be happy to provide both Twitch screen shots and in game screenshots and EA Account and Twitch account screen shots to show I've legitimately earned everything. If need be I'd be ecstatic to provide relevant information to proper parties on how to reach me and attempt to get this fixed.
Same boat as you my dude, I left a lengthy comment in this thread as well as made my own post in the Bugs/issues page of these forums. The fact EA/Dice is starting another Twitch drop event TODAY despite the fact that thousands (no exageration, the ammount of people I see reporting this bug across social media platforms is insane) of people still don't have their Twitch rewards from as far back as august is disgusting. EA/Dice truly needs to honor peoples time and money and give codes for the in game rewards to people who claimed and earned them properly.
