My EA account is connected to Steam and Twitch and the items mentioned are claimed on the Twitch inventory. In fact, today i claimed the twitch drops from the Redline campaign and i got the in-game mail of the acquisition of the drops, but nothing about the previous drops listed above.
The funny thing i mention that i don't have the problem of the missing phantom items and the bot gave me an answer related to that . >:C
