I received an email from support that this is a known issue but no timeline given or commitment to resolution. As I said, I paid real world money for the Versatile skin and still don't have it. Where's the EA that gave people extra xp bonuses etc. When they messed up at release while they fixed the issue. We are being ignored here. Surely an admin or someone from EA/DICE can give us a more concrete update?
