How will server provisioning be handled? Will it be a rental model? Dynamic spin-up in via cloud server provider? Where will the service be hosted?

South-Africa has a big Battlefield community and we do have local servers but Portal sounds like a new way of delivering a Battlefield experience, how will it be handled on a hosted-server level?
