I'm not really sure what communication issues you are having DICE, the beta reaction was clear that players do not like specialists yet you still double down on them to pretend to be COD. The whole point of this entire franchise was to be different. To be expected from EA Games I guess.

@lorddmarshall They know, the Specialists ARE the monetization system for the game, so they aren’t going anywhere. They fully acknowledged in this that the Specialists were not liked, their execs and major shareholders force their hand, let’s make no mistake in understanding this to be the case.
