This new specialist system is a huge departure from the tried-and-true Battlefield formula that hasn't failed players for years. It is purely a way to market the Hazard Zone gamemode for a game that is already full-price. Hazard Zone is not even a free stand-alone game. You are arguing that this is in the name of freedom, but not a single person has complained about freedom when it came to classes. Loadouts were originally given restrictions to encourage teamplay and not make a single setup be the only one people would use. By giving players more freedom, you are ruining the balance that went into classes and severely restricting what they can use on the battlefield by having the specialist gadgets replace class-specific ones. No longer does a medic juggle between using defibs and big bag, or little bag and grenade launcher. No longer will the Engineer think about whether they should keep their repair tool and rocket, or grab mines and EOD bot. No longer will Recon debate whether they want a sniper focused loadout, or aggressive playstyle. You cannot have more than one gadget, you are stuck with specialist gadgets taking a slot. You can't decide whether you want to use a class for their weapons or prioritize one for their gadgets. This system is NOT Battlefield.
