1,5 hours later...

What is the status? In such a case of fail I request an active communication and not a "stay tuned".
You have absolute no respect for the people who trusted you, bought on YOUR platform the game and now you really suggest for all those people to wait until X?
Wasting even more of their time by hitting F5 on different sources?
Do you fkin job -  whats the progress on the investigation, post a status, what the current eta for a solution,  etc. - COMMUNICATE ACTIVE IN SUCH A SITUATION !!!
