[BFComms] Windows Insider Build is not currently working with EA Javelin

We have received reports that the latest Windows 11 Insider Build is not working with EA's anticheat, Javelin. While we are working on an update to deploy and resolve this issue this week, players will have to roll back to an older Insider Build or a Retail Windows build for the time being.

This affects the following builds or higher on the last 4 digits:

  • Windows 11 24H2: 26100.9539
  • Windows 11 25H2: 26200.9539
  • Windows 11 26H2: 26300.9539

We will post an update once a new version of Javelin has been rolled out.

    My game got an update today so gave it a go and noticed it downloading an update.

    The game is now working with build 26300.9539

    Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview 29667.1000 It hasn't been working on this version either for the past month or two.

    The KB5124010 is the culprit; you just need to uninstall it while waiting for a fix.
