Here is my input on grenades... I understand you moving the Prox over to the Gadget slot, so I won't complain about that... BUT I think in order to achieve slightly more of a class identity than your current plan, my proposal for a light restriction of one throwable per class seems fair, isn't too far off from what you're planning, and looks like this...
Throwables: (You can choose 1)
Assault - Frag, Smoke, Incendiary, Concussion
Engineer - Frag, Smoke, EMP, Concussion
Recon - Frag, Smoke, EMP, Incendiary
Support - Smoke, EMP, Incendiary, Concussion
Also, "Class Weapon Proficiencies" could be an excellent idea. I really like the idea of incentivizing players to reinforce their class identity by fulfilling roles and encouraging certain playstyles. I hope to hear more on that soon.
And finally, what are the team's thoughts on bringing over the the Mortor Strike Gadget that's currently on Portal? Just curious.
