Community ManagerGame show mă content is missing but ea app looks fine
I have exactly the same issue, try to repair the game (EA App), close the EA App several times and nothing change.
Lost around 45 min so far awaiting to see if it works, but without success

I can't get in, I have u installed it unplug my router reset my router and remove other games to see if that was the issues, and I still can't get in. It keeps asking to install and I have did it omg so many and it still doing the same **bleep**, not letting me play.
They made 55 billion dollars and EA can't fix the issue with people not able to get in. This is absolutely bull**bleep**.

i have the same issue ive restarted my pc multiple time relaunched multiple times, repaired my game and nothing has happened
ea doing my head in tried repair reinstall reboot and update everything i get the same telling me it not installed .what a joke on release date 500000 in the queue ever time to rub it in
500k queue went super fast. today there is no more queue.
same exactly ea app shows evrything is installed but game says it isnt i should have had my head examined pre ordering another battlefield game

Same. I got the phantom edition direct through the EA App. Preloaded yesterday. New Nvidia driver etc.
The EA app says I own the phantom edition but when I try to launch in any game mode it says I do not own it.
The same! The hype train has gone, how much they are ahead of COD! And what a huge shame! Burnout! Instead of hype, they should have focused on the game! You bunch of **bleep**!

Samen issue with me. Tried every mentioned method. Please EA, don't let us hanging ! We simply cannot play the game. Pre ordered the Phantom Edition. Why should we ever pre order again ?
