Dear EA

Is it unreasonable to expect that BF would be a seamless launch via your own app.

Pre ordered through the EA app and cant access single payer or multiplayer as it say it not downloaded. 3 re installs and still no joy.   3 hours post launch and there is no acknowledgement of this issue. it is obviously affecting many people using the EA app as the purchase source. 

Please let me know when or how this will issue may be resolved or post how to cancel my purchase and be reimbursed.
