Same problem here aswell...talked to support and they say they're aware of it and working on it. I asked about compensation and they say they don't know if there will be any or not which is bs. I got up early to play this after pre-ordering over a month ago the phantom edition at $100 and feel we should receive something for their screw up. It's their side screw up doesn't matter where you have it installed or whatever. They said all we can do is sit back and wait till they figure it out smh.
