I pre ordered the game and could not play because of the multiplayer pack messages
I tried so many things i got frustrated and asked for refund, now i dont have the game nor the money back Great EA 👍The game is not even in my library now 
The refund could not be process and the costumer service is so nice "wait a few more days" -.-

I just want the game back fixed or the money back 
EA HELP PLS
