Can EA confirm or deny; "Heal Or Resupply" challenges @ lvl 20 not registering progress? Tried restart or console and software.

To be more specific, support specialist class challenge reads, "heal teammates for health with the support." Cannot figure out how to make challenge progress. Thank you in advance!
