I have PS5 and have two issues:

  1. I pre-ordered the phantom pack but never received the pack and when I try to redeem it now I just get an error message. 

  2. There doesn’t seem to be any possibility to re-map the controller (edit button settings) in the options menu. 

Anyone else encountered anything similar or know of any fixes?
