Community ManagerYour ban appeal process for BF6 does not work. There are hundreds, if not thousands of users who are locked out of this game (for no good reason it would seem?). Their accounts, like mine, does not show a ban under the "Penalty History" page.
When you try to appeal it through the webform, it doesn't work. The live agent droid support issue standard copy/paste responses telling you to use this method, despite the fact the very link they say should be there to click on, does not exist.
Twice I've been told so far that "there is an issue that we are looking at", yet EA have no publically announced there is an issue that they are investigating.
How does a company the size of EA get away with offering dross service like this given the outrageous sums of money they take for their games?
Exactly when does EA plan to do something about this?
