Community ManagerI keep having these same error, tried all the troubleshooting stuff as exploit, pool storage, smooth settings, firewall, update drivers, reinstall dx12, reinstall and repair the game AND the EA app and still not functioning. Been 3 days since release and i cant play the game i bought and was waiting for 2 months. Opened 2 tickets aswell and i’ve only received generic messages as “clean your cache and update your drivers”. Im so frustrated, i just wanted to play the game as i played the beta. I cant even refund it because of the policies….
