I’m reaching out in hopes of getting a resolution to a frustrating issue I’ve been dealing with.
Recently, I’ve purchased several cards off the auction house that appear clearly labeled as BND (Bound) on my screen. However, after speaking with EA Support, I was informed that these same cards are not marked as BND on their end, meaning the system should be treating them as tradable.
I reached out to EA Support directly, and after explaining the issue in detail, I was told to post here in the community forum for further assistance.
This issue is preventing me from fully enjoying the game as intended. I can’t sell these high-value cards to participate in the market or pursue new content — including recent releases I’ve been actively trying to get. This has put me at a major disadvantage compared to other players who are able to use their coin stack freely.
I’ve spent time and coins on these cards under the assumption that they were tradable. Not only does this limit my gameplay, but it also impacts my overall experience with the mode.
I’m posting here in the hopes that a community manager or developer can take a deeper look into my account and provide a real solution. I would like this issue to be fixed as soon as possible, and I also believe I should be compensated for the time and limited gameplay I’ve experienced due to this bug. I’m more than willing to provide screenshots or transaction history if needed.
