[INFO/GUIDE] How to use EA Connect mobile

This article aims to guide you through key actions you can take on EA Connect mobile. You can follow along with your app opened.

How to message other players

With EA Connect mobile, you can now chat easily on your phone.

If you're not EA friends with a player, you can only send them quick messages. These are pre-written, templated messages you can send with a single tap. Want to chat freely? Just add them as an EA friend to unlock sending any message you like! 

How to find and add friends on EA Connect mobile

1. Tap on "Find Friends" on the bottom navigation 
2. In the top search bar, enter your friend's EA ID or an EA account-linked Steam, Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation™ Network, or Xbox Network username
3. Tap enter and send a friend request

How to get push notifications on EA Connect mobile

If you didn't turn on notifications when you first download the app, you can see below:

1. Tap on the top left corner of the app where your avatar is
2. Go to Settings by selecting the Gear icon
3. In Device settings, Allow notifications for EA Connect 

Not getting notifications? Make sure your phone isn't in battery saving mode!
