This article aims to guide you through key actions you can take on EA Connect mobile. You can follow along with your app opened. How to message other players With EA Connect mobile, you can now chat easily on your phone. If you're not EA friends with a player, you can only send them quick messages. These are pre-written, templated messages you can send with a single tap. Want to chat freely? Just add them as an EA friend to unlock sending any message you like! How to find and add friends on EA Connect mobile Tap on "Search" on the bottom navigation In the top search bar, enter your friend's EA ID or an EA account-linked Steam, Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation™ Network, or Xbox Network username Tap enter and send a friend request How to see players I've recently played with Note: This feature is only available if you've played a game of NHL 25 right now. What is EA Connect mobile? EA Connect mobile is the extension of the in-game menu that enables cross-platform and group play across EA games and platforms. With the mobile app, you will be able to stay up-to-date on your friends' activities and message them on the go, both inside and out of the game. Join the beta Please note that the mobile app is currently in beta and only available in Canada. As we develop and improve EA Connect mobile, more features will be coming soon. How to access EA Connect mobile If you are in Canada, you can search for EA Connect mobile via the App Store or Google Play Store. Alternatively, if you're currently logged into NHL 25, follow these steps: Step 1: In NHL 25, open the in-game social menu Once you've loaded the main menu of the game, you’ll see the option to launch EA Connect on the bottom-right side of your screen Step 2: Open Social settings in the bottom left of your screen In the EA Connect menu, open Social settings In Social settings, select Mobile Step 3: Scan the QR code and download the app Use your phone and scan the QR code Once you've been taken to the App Store or Play Store, download the EA Connect app Step 4: Sign into the app Now that you've downloaded the app, open it and tap In-game sign-in Enter the code you see on your phone to your console You can also sign in using your preferred sign-in method
