Community ManagerThe 16th Birthday of PVZ has been getting me all nostalgic for the franchise! I grew up alongside the stories and games that this franchise made. What better thing to do to celebrate this birthday than take a trip down memory lane. These games have brought me such great times, helped me make amazing friends, and made me and others laugh so much. I want to answer each question asked to celebrate the birthday of these wonderful games! My very first memory of Plants Vs Zombies is playing the game with my whole family when I was just 2 years old. Surprising that I remember that far back, but this was a game I will never forget! My dad always reminisces about the time where we all sat in one room while he played the game. He always describes how we laughed and laughed. That was so long ago, and even now the games still make us all laugh. Seeing that the game is turning 16 makes me feel so much like older than I really am. My Favorite PVZ game is hands down Garden warfare 2. So much creativity, so much fun! My experience playing GW2 is nothing short of amazing! When it first came out, I begged my dad for it. I showed him all of the new characters and their abilities. I had such a blast playing that game, and it caused me to find one of my best friends. Even now, GW2 has helped me relate to people, and discover more friends to play with! My favorite character in the franchise will forever be Zomboss! My loyalty to the Zombies is unmatched! I mean, it’s hard to hate an undead genius you eats Pop Smarts and makes undeniably awesome Robots! The first Zombot boss fight was so awesome! The Zombopolis level in PVZ GW2 is my favorite level in any PVZ game to this day! Ah yes, interactions with other players. I dip into game chat from time to time in GW2, and I find myself making friends with others on my team. I want to mention how GW2 helped me to find an amazing friend that still play with all of the time today. I remember it like it was yesterday, loading into the ColiZeum map in GW2. There were 2 other kids talking in game chat, and we ending up playing so many rounds. Eventually we friended each other, and now we’ve been great friends ever since. Even outside of the game, I made friends. It was the same year that we moved into our new house, and we noticed whilst on a walk that one house had PVZ GW2 chalk drawings on their driveway. We immediately were interested in talking to these kids. Long story short, we are best friends with their family, and we are so connected now and have had so much fun together. It all started because of this franchise. I own a bunch of PVZ merch! From the plushies, to the YouTooz figures! I own a lot of the comics, as they are the stories I grew up with! I still collect the comics even today, as I just bought one last month! My best memory playing PVZ was the first time playing Garden Warfare 2. It was after school and I had been so excited that my dad got me the game. I logged in and immediately wanted to see all the new classes of characters! I had so much fun with the awesome creativity of the new characters! Even today I continue to make amazing memories in the games whenever I play! These last 16 years have been wonderful, I’m 18 now and I have grown up alongside these games. It was an experience that I will never forget, and obviously I haven’t forgotten! Thanks to PopCap, and I cannot wait to see what comes next for this franchise! I’m not going to be the only one who asks for a New Game! It’s been so long since a new game that at this point I’ll take anything! I hope you could relate to something within my memories, it’s been an awesome journey!
