Reason: You can really tell the creator put a lot of effort into this room, and even play tested it so the decorations and functionality go well together. It's also appropriate for the upcoming Easter Sunday, and I know a lot of players like to put real life holidays into their games. I think this is one of the best examples I can find on the gallery and definitely worth taking a close look at.
Reason: Another nice Easter themed lot just in time for the holiday. I think this one is unique as it incorporates a sun room with the kitchen design, and really captures the springtime feeling. Apart from that, it is very nicely decorated and also very functional for in game purposes, all in a compact design that is easy to fit in a very wide variety of buildings.
