Yay, the no shoes thing is going to be in the base game. It makes sense, I don't know anyone who wears shoes in their own home.
And yes, boiling water in the microwave is weird!
I must confess as a kid I always hated shoes. In fact, I would wear those cozy, fluffy type socks most of the time, unless I had to go out. Now, I don't have the luxury to be without shoes. I even have to wear orthotics in my slippers! Fallen arches (Planter Fasciitis) for which I've had surgery and yet I'm doomed to shoes. :open_mouth:
I have to wear orthotics in my slippers too for Plantar Fasciitis! Did the surgery help?
Yes, it did. But it takes a full year for the foot to heal, just a heads up if your Podiatrist is suggesting it.
Sorry @EA_Cade
Thanks for the info. GalactiGal. Glad your foot is better.
Feet. I had both done about six months apart. It's been years, now, but thank you. - Alexai629Seasoned Novice

There's that site in Brindleton Bay, 64x64 just waiting for an old folks home. Shared TV room, dining room and laundry room in the basement. Facing the sea with pets allowed. I'd be very disappointed if I can't make that! ;)
I wouldn't see why not. Just think of the amenities you could add. The Simbles table, which also allows for puzzles to be done, etc. Give it a try. - SimburianNew RookieThere's that site in Brindleton Bay, 64x64 just waiting for an old folks home. I wish there was way to cheat specific secret on specific sim so it would feel bit more like its that sims special secret
you know like in sims psp strangetown game where you had to look for secrets on premade sims
would also be cool if it stayed on sim when you put them on gallery so i could choose and attach one for my simself
Agreed. As a rotational player, simlit writer and all-around control freak, being able to assign the secrets that I want to certain specific sims, rather than having them randomly generated is almost an essential feature for me. Worst case, I hope someone comes up with a mod for doing it.
Can you imagine the chaos such a randomized trait could cause in a household? "GalacticGal;c-18331980" wrote:

I'm having mixed thoughts about the 100 unit limit per save. Part of me says it's not enough. That said I'm happy we have 100 more units than we had before.
I would never want to live in a complex that large.
I don't want to have more than 12-16 units on any one lot. I'm not looking at this pack for the landlord features. I want to put a couple of decent sized apartment complexes in each world for my sims who are 'homeless'. Now whether that will work without having to set up a landlord, I'm not totally sure. I'm hoping I can give them an apartment and then let them go about their lives until I need them in one of my stories.?"GalacticGal;c-18331982" wrote:

I like the idea of snooping even more than having burglars.
You've never been stalked, have you. It's terrifying.
No thankfully, I haven't. I didn't think about that feature being used in that way but in hindsight what I had in mind is a form of stalking, paparazzi/tabloids looking for dirt on celebs. I didn't really consider how that is a form of stalking itself. I will keep that in mind and be careful how I frame it and use it if I choose to work that into Schemes and Dreams.
