Does it count as an "unexpected plot twist" if you've set a sim up to go adventuring all over the world, everything is going according to plan, and she invites her boyfriend over after spending a long day at the gym, and they jump into the shower together to clean up before going out, and you think it would be more contextually appropriate to choose Risky instead of Woohoo (because, you know, shower), and... suddenly she's waking up in the middle of the night to puke her guts out and you have to completely redo your timeline?
