Can anyone help me? My Sims 4 game just says "Failure to Launch", the problem is on our end. It's been like this for a couple of weeks. I have tried repair, restarting, uninstalling, restarting, reloading, restarting and I still get Failure to Launch. Does anyone know what is going on? My husband tried various things as well and tried to do it all as Administrator. Still no success. Of course we are not brilliant computer experts. We have tried all the fixes given in the Forums. Is there some way I can just erase everything and start from scratch?
