  1. It launches. 1. (2) No it starts.
  2. Things are loading except for graphic glitches on several sims being black. Also my baby sim has a cloud that wont go away.
  3. Happens on every save even new ones.
  4. I have never used any addons or mods. I have tried reinstalling the game several times and refreshing license. Fixing and clearing cache.  Still same.

I play on PS5 and this issue started with patch 2.13 and i havent been able to play for months because of frequent crashes with code CE-108255-1. Everytime i try to travel or save my game this crashes my game making it unplayable. I have reached out for help for months aswell but nothing is being done to make my game playable. Considering i payed alot you can imagine how angry i am not being able to play.  I talked to Sony support and they helped me look through my PS5 and they confirm its caused by corrupt data from your end. I once again reach out for help to fix this.
