  1. My game does launch. My saves sometimes have endless loading on specific builds and occasionally when exiting CAS.
  2. The save loads, nothing appears to be missing.
  3. This mainly happens in my main save file, but I have replicated endless loading in brand new saves as well.
  4. I use very few mods. I have built with TOOL and Better Build and Buy- BUT I have had endless loading happen to builds that re created with NO mods, and it also happens to builds created before I ever used these mods.
  5. Does the issue persist after repair?- Yes. 
  6. Does the issue persist- Yes
  7. Does the issue persist after mods are removed?- Yes.
  8. Have you tried repairing your game while mods are removed?- Yes.
  9. Have you tried uninstalling/ reinstalling the game?- Yes.

Important Note:  Over time, I've worked out a lot of the endless loading that occurs in this save file. But it still happens. I had it happen less than a week ago when trying to leave CAS on one of my households. I can give very specific lots and details on where to look to hopefully replicate the problem, if needed. I also have multiple builds on my private gallery that will not load anymore and I can share those Tray files if it helps. Community Spaces from Eco Lifestyle do not work for me anymore due to this issue so I have basically removed them from this save. I've noticed this issue is most likely to occur when you use a lot of Live Edit Objects, Debug (especially on the exterior of a build), and when you place a lot of objects on top of each other. I have been experiencing this issue since immediately following the prepack For Rent patch in 2023. Happy to give lots more info if needed!
